By far Spielberg's finest work.
Fiennes as evil Amon Goeth, Neeson as Oskar Schindler and Kingsley as Itzhak Stern gave unparalleled performances. The last scene is the most touching i've ever seen in movies, and the switch from black and white to colors is the essence of the film. It will definitely leave a mark in me forever.
The main theme by Williams portrays the story just perfectly, no words needed.
"Whoever saves one life, saves the world entire"

There can't be a Trilogy as perfect as the mighty Lord of the Rings.
There are just no flaws, with the forego credit going to Howard Shore for the beautiful imaginary soundtrack.
For my eyes, it's a very rare diamond that you can't walk up on everyday.

Mel Gibson truly gives out the greatest performance of his career.
The breathtaking landscapes willl take you on a trip and suck you right into the movie.
In the end, It's a compelling strong story of Strengh, Bravour and Freedom.

No words, no oscars, and neither the full five stars can describe the masterpiece of Christopher Nolan.
That's as perfect as a film can get. Ledger steals the picture with the best performance i've ever seen from an actor on screen.
This one goes really beyond all expectations one can put. The acting is brilliant, and so is the direction, and the soundtrack, and the screenplay, and the plot....
There's absolutely no way to make a better film, so Nolan should really blame himself and start thinking very hard about the inevitable sequel.

The movie is an Italian TragiComedy Masterpiece.
Ever Watched a film when u didn't know if u should laugh or cry ?
Splendid Direction, Splendid acting, Splendid dialogue. Just perfect.

Extremely good piece of work from Martin Scorcese.
De Niro, Liotta and especially Pesci were born to play the roles they've been given.
Still, it wasn't enough to beat "Dances with Wolves" for the best picture in 1990.

The Father of all gangster movies.
Al Pacino crucially taking over Brando's place in Hollywood.
The Brutal assassinations of Sonny Corleone and of Solozzo will forever be considered as classic scenes.

Without a doubt the best movie we've had in 2007.
The lack of music score was intended to mount the suspense, and it succeeded tremendously.
It's violent, bloody, gruesome, original, thrilling, smart and poetic.
The Coens delivered again.

Intense, mesmerizing and totally moving.
This wonderful picture is about the french, german, and scottish soldiers uniting on the battlefield to celebrate christmas eve on the 24th of December, 1914. As strange and unbelievable as it seems, this actually happened and the film is based on a true story.
The cast is of european brilliance, and the soundtrack is just out of this world.
You'd definitely not want to miss that one.

There are no words to truly express what Peter Jackson brought us here. Following at the same pace as the predecessors, this threequel concludes the saga in the most perfect of ways.
The Awards says it all.

Awarded best actor for his sublime performance, Al Pacino shows that Tony Montana, Serpico, and Michael Corleone were easy adaptations for him.
The blend of drama and humour fits the screen perfectly.
The Famous Tango and the final speech are Classic scenes.

Winner of of 7 academy awards in 1990, including best picture, there's nothing to argue with the beauty of this epic.
Costner is present in the movie in every minute of it, and hell.. his performance was incredible.
Very touching and emotional.

Just Perfect.
You won't ever see a better Western.
Clint Eastwood and Gene Hackman give an ultimate top notch performance, and the plot is just fabulous.
Not to mention it was a best picture winner in 1992. 5 stars.

MASTERPIECE !
A Dream Cast, with a special favor to Spacey and Byrne.
A perfect twist that u won't see coming.

The music is the most important factor in most disney animations. It indeed played a crucial role in the lion king, packing up both oscars for best score (Hans Zimmer) and best original song "can you feel the love tonight" by the great Elton John. The circle of life also reigned supreme.
Even the most coldbloodhearted bastard would feel sadness in Mufasa's death scene.
The perfect animated movie, no comment.

The Shawshank Redemption is a very moving story about hope and the power of friendship.
Robbins and Freeman were just brilliant.
Long but not Overlong, this is a genuine Darabont adaptation of Stephen King's short story.
"You know the funny thing is, on the outside i was an honest man, straight as an arrow. I had to come to prison to be a crook"

A volonteer recruit stuck within 2 experienced sergeants with different mentalities, both supervised by an incapable captain.
The visual graphics and the score are just fantastic. Oliver Stone is surely one of the best.
The most realistic, emotional and intense war story you'll ever witness.

Dramatic by exellence, led by a brilliant Amenabar direction.
Yet again what to say about Javier Bardem....The true fact that he collected 52 awards in his career and 25 nominations says it all.
Heartbreaking and sad, the movie doesn't put death in perspective, but life, and the freedom of life.

That's really the first movie when we can witness the total massacre of a whole crew.
The suspense is at its higher rate.
Ridley Scott's directing is amazing.
The Ultimate Horror Thriller movie.

Extremely Intense and Original.
When it gets to it's pace, it never slows down, thrilling you for the entire 82 minutes.
The Sound Effects are amazing, but the movie should imperatively be watched in a theater.
You'll never give a fuck about the creature, but live instead with the struggle of the persons trying to survive the disaster.

Finally seeing the mighty Scorsese emerging victorious from the Award ceremony.
The film is solid, with an extremely outstanding script, brilliant direction, and above all else, the best ensemble acting i've ever seen.
The mob movie u'd want to watch over and over again.

One of the most difficult roles ever, played brilliantly by Tom Hanks.
The movie became a legend in itself, beating both "Pulp Fiction" and "The Shawshenk Redemption" for the best picture oscar in 1994.

DeNiro throws a marvellous performance as convicted rapist Max Cady ; Juliette Lewis exells as well.
The suspense is always present, the thrill, the fear.....

250 allied POWs aim to produce the biggest escape in history from a nazi prison camp.
Based on a true story, the film couldn't have been bettered up. It isn't afraid to show the whole preparation and the escape itself, endangering the running time which is more than 170 minutes.
Always entertaining, always unpredictable, always thrilling, this will be forever one of the best classic escape movies that will ever see the light of day.

JFK
(1991, R)
One of the best political dramatic movies ever made.
The entire cast is fabulous.
Intriguing but convincing, you'd still want more after the 200 minutes of elapsed time.

It's practically impossible to hide the similarites to Mighty GoodFellas.
Same primary cast, Same Director, and it's a mob film.
Eventhough GoodFellas surpasses Casino on every level, it's still a masterpiece, and is considered between the best gangster movies ever made.

"The Greatest thing you'll ever learn is to love, and to be loved in return"
There's no questioning about the beauty of such a marvellously done romantic musical.
The best performance I've ever seen from Kidman, noting the perfect chemistry with McGregor.
The covered music was just sensational.
Well chosen songs, Perfect screenplay.

From Stanley Kubrick's finest hour comes a Classic psychotic masterpiece that will live on for ages.
A glamorisation of the violent lifestyle of youth shown in the first part, to witness in later Alex's metamorphosis from the leader that he was, to a completely helpless humanbeing.
Directed and Told in the most beautiful of ways, and supported by a Classical, Grandiose Soundtrack, this is a must see for every single moviegoer.

Definitely the best of the old trilogy.
Features Luke's training in Dagobah, Yoda's first appearance, and the ultimate revelation by Darth Vader at the end of the movie.
A movie that just can't die.

Deserved the full stars but i'm TOTALLY convinced there's a big Flow in the endpart when Eddie Cabot went down.
Taken that out, the whole movie is completely PERFECT ! The Flashbacks Editing is superb. The Caracters are sensational. Pure Art from Quentin.

One of the most beautiful and realistic foreign films ever made.

Takes some good time introducing the caracters from their very past to what they have become.
An outstanding cinematography and a brilliant direction helped the story evolving smoothly.
Winner of 4 academy awards, this is the most realistic gangster movie you'll ever get to see.

The direction is superb.
Tom hanks leads the powerful cast in fashion.
Maybe the most realistic war movie u'll ever see.

Only Tim Burton has the imagination to come up with such a lovable weird caracter.
The story is so simple and beautiful, filled with sarcasm, drama, romance, and love....Well yeah, I consider it to be, before anything, a love story.
Depp is perfect as the fragile scissorhanded boy, and Winona looks cuter than ever.

The first full lengh animated movie ever, produced by the great Walt Disney, is still considered after more than 70 years a masterful achievement.
The story is quite simple, but amazingly decorated. Each dwarf's personality is different and beautifully portrayed.

Formidable Hollywood epic.
Brad Pitt and Eric Bana both deliver charismatic performances.
The pace is perfect, and the entertainment is maximal.
Most probably the best adaptation of the greek invasion of Troy.

Wonderfully acted and directed, the film succeeds tremendously in playing with the audience's feelings.
The Good Screenplay helped a lot.
Although this is a masterpiece, I was totally heartbroken when it "stole" best picture from the mighty Fellowship back in 2001.

Snapped the most prestigious oscars in 1975 (Picture, Actor, Actress, Director, and Adapted Screenplay).
The Film succeeds in every aspect.
One of the Biggest Classics.

In "Platoon", Oliver Stone gets us to see the soldiers in Vietnam. Here, the work was about the effects the war could have on a marine afterwards.
The movie tells the true story of Sergeant Marine Ron Kovic, badly wounded thus handicapped in the war, and the struggle to regain a normal life afterwards, turning his back on the war and the government.
There's no better than Stone to convince in a political view in a movie, think "JFK" for example.
Cruise puts on a distinguinshed performance as well.

The final Encounter between Cruise and Nicholson is fascinating and will forever stand to be a Classic Scene.
