Ridiculously innovative. Perfectly executed. (Christopher Nolan!) A movie is perfect, at least for me, when there is no possible way to make it any better. In the case of Memento, there is no imaginable way to improve it. The movie takes the concept of the fragility of memory, then turns it on its head, giving you a main character with short-term memory loss looking to take revenge on his wife's killer. Then it turns itself on its head again, by showing the clips in reverse order so that the beginning of the film is actually its resolution. The end result stands upright as one of the most innovative and highly debatable films ever made, if not the most. If you want to watch it, I'll lend it to you.

Aronofsky manages to create the saddest, yet most hopeful, movie I have ever seen. >>It should be shown in schools; no one could possibly use drugs after watching this movie.
