This film is probably the greatest movie I've ever seen. I can argue for "Raging Bull," but the ability to watch this movie so often and share it with so many has to make this number one. The comedy in this is so subtle, you don't realize how ridiculous it all is. Yet, at the same time, all of the emotions and motives are so real. "Rushmore" is a great demonstration of the self-importance we all feel that results in mindless passions and senseless pursuits.

A part of me has always had the inkling that jabbing fists would be painful. This was a belief that was only strengthened when mine eyes witnessed this piece of cinematic celluloid.
