Terminator Salvation
PG-13
I am surprised ... this movie is unexpectedly boring to me.
And the action scenes? Nothing special. Robots? Nothing special.
:(
--- What I wrote before watching the movie ---
This time, a Terminator story in the future. No more time traveling? I don't know.
I am not a big fan of the Terminator series. I like The Terminator, a classic low budget sci-fi thriller of its time (80s). I like Terminator 2, the bad guy "becoming" the good guy, and the excellent CG (by the early 90s standard). I would like Terminator 3 more if it were a 45-min mini-movie for TV, because of the interesting story development and the ending, which could be a very well sci-fi short story.
For the fourth one, Terminator Salvation, my expectation is very simple: robots and actions. Transformers's CG in the world of the terminators. No expectation on the story.
Certainly, I would like to be surprised, :)

I hope I can watch this movie in the cinema. The world (Pandora) and the creatures seem fantastic. But what interests me most is the story.

Thought provoking, remind me of theories on social influence, group dynamics, and decision making. No special effect, no over dramatized shot, and ... no color (it's a black and white movie, :) Just an excellent script and the excellent performance for all 12 actors.
