Hopkins sheer brilliance has made this character AFI's #1 villian. There's something about him that gets to you. May be it's the way he stares or doesn't blink his eyes or maybe the calmness and politeness in his tone. It gave me chills when he delivered the famous line " A census taker once tried to test, I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti".
