I say it's worthy of five stars! A great Civil War movie about the very first all Negro regiment in the US from Massachusetts. IMO, this film deserved 3 Oscars! Over the top performances by Matthew Broderick, Morgan Freeman, Denzel Washington, Cary Elwes, and many others!
