This is for the true fans of the film. It's been a long time for Scully and Mulder to mature and this film reflects that theme. While I would have enjoyed a film dealing with the original mythology of the series, this was satisfactory for me.

I missed out on this series the first time around, but I recommend it to everyone who loves horror, comedy, and action. It's strangely beautiful like Del Toro's Pan's Labyrinth, anyone that loved that will love this.

This movie while highly enjoyable for the sheer volume of character actors in it alone, has a hard time deciding if it's police procedural or mobster movie, or drama or comedy. It has interesting visual's and pretty good music, so it's entertaining enough to watch and enjoy. The story line might have been better if there weren't so many characters, but I don't think I would've enjoyed it as much.

If you like explosive action scenes, funny lines, and Angelina Jolie with guns you will like this movie. If you like James McAvoy you will enjoy his role in this movie. Heck, anyone will like this movie because it's fast and fun and freaking cool.
