With just one year having passed after taking out Ra's Al Ghul's plan to have Gotham eliminated and the mysterious disappearance of Dr. Jonathan Crane AKA the Scarecrow, and after the city was nearly plundered with his toxins, Bruce Wayne and his vigilante alter-ego the Batman, continue the seemingly endless effort to bring order to Gotham, with the help of Lt. James Gordon and newly appointed District Attorney Harvey Dent. But a new threat has now emerged into the streets. The Dark Knight faces a rising psychopathic criminal called The Joker, whose eerie grin, laughter, and inhuman morality makes him as dangerous than what he has yet to unleash. It becomes an agenda to Batman to stop the mysterious Joker at all costs, knowing that both of them are in an opposite line. One has no method at all and seeks to see the world plunge into the fire he has yet to light. One represents the symbol of hope and uses his own shadow to bring the peace and order he has yet to accomplish doing.
Review:
I was very excited to see The Dark Knight because i enjoyed Batman Begins and it was great to see my favorite superhero back to the big screen in a huge way.I also was curious about Heath Ledger s perfomance as The Joker right after his shocking death. After i walked to the cinema,i wasn t excepting The Dark Knight to a be an oustanding masterpiece. This movie was definetly 2008 s best movie and puts other comic book movies to the shame because not only sets a new standard in the comic book genre but is such a phenomenal movie .This is the Batman i wanted to see and deserves to be on the list of the greatest movies of all time.
Christian Bale delivers once again a excellent perfomance as Batman/Bruce Wayne. His perfomance was fantastic, showing a more darker and tortured Batman while he tries to end crime in Gotham City and the same time his presence atracts a lot of freaks like the Joker.Bale is by far the best actor playing Batman since Michael Keaton and he is simply phenomenal.Heath Ledger (Rest in Peace)was absolutely amazing and phenomenal as The Joker.Ledger delivers one of the greatest and the most legendary perfomances of all time.He shows a Joker like we have never seen before:a dangerous ,maniacal and phsycotic criminal who doesnīt care about the money and also takes Batman to the limit. No disrepect for Jack Nicholson but Ledger gives here his finest perfomance ever and he totally deserved the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor. And of course the rest of the cast were amazing including Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent aka Two Face and the lovely Maggie Gyllenhall as Rachel Dawes. She was way better than Katie Holmes.
Christopher Nolan is an amazing director. He has not done a bad movie yet and thank god for that.Nolan made a film much darker than the previous one and the script is amazing and of course maintains the spirit of the comic books.
The Dark Knight is one of the best movies i ever seen in my life and i m so proud of this movie just i m proud of Batman Begins and honeslty is very superior to Tim Burton s version. The Dark Knight proves that Batman is truly back and better than never.Thank Nolan and Bale and RIP Heath Ledger.

Review:
Wow,man. What a huge way on bringing for the first time on the big screen one of the coolest Marvel superheroes of all time. When i first heard of Iron Man movie,i was so happy but at the same time afraid of killing the character but thank god, that didnīt happen.Iron Man is such a fun movie to watch and is more than just a blockbuster movie. Is one of the best movies ever made and an enjoyable ride for the audience.
Robert Downey Jr.is absolutely amazing as Tony Stark aka Iron Man.Heīs a great choice because he makes Tony such a sarcastic and funny guy but at the same time troubled and tortured.I really love the scene where Tony makes the armor and the hilarious tests as well.I couldnīt imagine this movie without Robert Downey Jr. because no other actor could make Tony Stark very realistic like Downey does. What a comeback for this fantastic actor and i hope to see more from him.Jeff Bridges was amazing as well as Obadiah Stane. He makes Stane a egomaniac and sadistic villain even when he puts the Iron Monger armor he is such a menace.I also liked Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts(god, she was so sexy)and Terence Howard as Jim Rhodes was great.
Jon Favreauīs direction is absolutely fantastic. He makes such a entertaining and funny movie on keeping the action and comedy together and the visual effects are spectacular, specially the scenes where Iron Man flies.
Iron Man is one of the best movies ever made and also one of the coolest comic book adaptations ever made along The Dark Knight and Sin City. While i m waiting for the sequel,I will not get tired of this spectacular rollercoaster that will please all the comic book fans.
Vengeance blackens the soul, Bruce. I've always feared that you would become that which you fought against. You walk the edge of that abyss every night, but you haven't fallen in and I thank heaven for that.-Alfred
Someone is killing off some of Gotham's mob leaders in an eerie costume, vanishing and reappearing like a ghost and eyewitnesses insist that it is Batman. The dark knight is now in serious trouble with the police, accused of being dangerous and unpredictable. Hunted wherever he goes, Batman must solve the mystery of the Phantasm to stop the killing and regain his reputation. Meanwhile old wounds are opened as Andrea Beaumont (whom Bruce Wayne had had a serious love affair with in the past) returns to the city. Memories of the past are now preying on Bruce's mind, memories of a time before Batman where Bruce was drawn between happiness and the promise he made to his parents. The mystery of the Phantasm is really putting Batman's skills to the test as the police slowly draw in with no mercy. The answer to it all lies somewhere in the past of both Bruce Wayne and another deadly foe, The Joker
Review:
I was really forward to see Batman:The Mask of the Phantasm because i m a huge fan of Batman and i ve heard positive things about this movie created by the masterminds behind Batman:The Animated Series. If you think The Dark Knight is the best Batman ever made, think again. The Mask of the Phantasm is very superior to Tim Burton s films and on the same level of Chris Nolan s version.I loved this film and is reccomendable of the fans of the Dark Knight of Gotham and who those loved the animated series aswell.
Kevin Conroy is absolutely fantastic as Batman.Conroy managed to capture the spirit of the character in a huge way, even animated.Batman faces an strange enemy that is killing Gotham s crime bosses and he gets the blame and also has a travel into Bruce Wayne s past before embrace his destiny as Batman.Conroy is amazing and honestly he would be a great live action Batman instead of Michael Keaton.Mark Hamill is so hysterical as The Joker. It s kinda silly mention Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger.Mark Hamill is also the best Joker eveer. The Joker faces Batman once again and it won t be a clean fight this time. The new character of the film is the Phantasm, the masked avenger who uses the same methods as Batman but he kills the bandits while Batman doesn t do that.I was shocked when i discovered his true identity and is Andrea,Bruce s old love.
Bruce Timm and Eric Radowski are truly the geniouses behind this amazing movie on giving a great brilliance and magic to the movie that no one has capture before. One of the best scenes of the movie is when Bruce Wayne puts the mask for the first time which is definetly one of the greatest moments of the character, thanks to Shirley Walker s amazing score.
Batman:The Mask of the Phantasm is a masterpiece of animation and a wonderfull representation of Batman, honoring his 70 year legacy.A movie reccomendable of the Batman fans who knows really what Batman is all about and not for the idiots who think that The Dark Knight is the best of all Batman movies.Masterpiece of animation.
