Saw this movie this weekend. It was awesome, really great throwback to the super violent B movies of the 70's. Hard to say which part i liked more, Planet Terror or Death Proof.

Did it put Nicolas Cage back on your least favorites list?

Children of Men

Even though this is set in the future, I was surprised how it challenges a lot of modern day politics. I love the vivacity and immediacy of the directing and cinematography style; Cuarón carefully constructed a future that felt all to close.

Let me know what you think of it. I keep hearing it's much better than the remake. Let's hope so.

yeah i know i gotta get back to the group. and umm, i've only seen the original Wicker Man, i do wanna see the remake though. i did like Cage a lot in Ghost Rider, but mostly it was the character, not him so much as an actor.
