The premise seemed entertaining enough. An alternate reality where everyone tells the truth. The jokes come from people telling too much information. But that's also the problem. This gets old in about 10 min. Don't get me wrong there are funny lines and decent acting in this movie. But the movie as a whole was not done well.

My biggest gripe is that the previews did not portray this movie for what it is. This movie is Ricky Gervais' attack on religion. I went in thinking this would be a feel good movie. Instead I got Ricky's not so funny take on how believing in a God and an afterlife is one big lie. And it wasn't even done well. Don't get me wrong, he's entitled to his beliefs. I just wish I would have read a few reviews beforehand.

A near perfect movie.
