Hello fellow Flixsterites! Just adding on to my blog again. Okay so I meant to post something about my new polls that I created earlier this week but I've been busy so I didn't have enough time. Okay so my first poll is a religion poll just to see how many religious people there are on Flixster 'cause I'm a religious gal and I want to see how many people I can relate to I'm not trying to put ANYONE down or do ANYTHING judgemental 'cause God says specifically that we aren't supposed to be judgemental of anyone. My second poll is about the famous president-election. I am really really upset that Obama won so I'm just seeing how many people are ALSO upset about him winning. My last poll that I created is a choice between my top 4 favorite singers which are OF COURSE Josh Groban (which I am waiting ANXIOUSLY for his newest album A Collection to come out in December),Ewan McGregor who has won my praise from his OUSTANDING singing performance in Moulin Rouge,Frank Sinatra who I have always enjoyed listening to and Elvis Presley who is fun to listen to also. My Heroes poll is so far getting a 100% on it so you could check THAT one out if you want. Okay just tonight I watched Get Smart which I am going to preceed to put on my Favorite Movie List because it is HILARIOUS!! HIGHLY recommended for comedy-lovers. It keeps you laughing and it's not too outrageously suggestive humor either so it's even better! Flixsterites who have viewed my profile before will remember that I was...and still am...a huge Masi Oka fan and they will no doubt guess that Bruce...however small a role he had...is one of my favorite characters in the entire movie. I've also seen Journey to the Center of the Earth this week. It's probably more kid-oriented but there are some laughs in it that you will be grateful to watch. It's also pretty exciting but I would still call it an OKAY movie. I would give it 3 1/2 stars. Well I will talk to you guys later when I update more stuff. God bless! |

Oh my goodness this is one of those movies that I could not stop LAUGHING!! It was SOOO funny!!! All the humor in this movie was different in a good way and Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway did a good job of acting the funny parts out and acting throughout the whole movie. I also simply HAVE to give credit to Masi Oka and thank him for pausing in his acting work on Heroes to work on this movie 'cause he did a really good job and he's one of my favorite characters in Get Smart even though he has a minor role.
Anna and the King

It's definitely more interesting than the musical and more realistic. Chow-Yun Fat does an EXCELLENT job playing the king of Siam.

Oh my goodness this is one of the best movies that I have ever seen seriously!! It is THE PERFECT action movie and it never ever gets boring. The dramatic acting is great but there are also funny parts. Christian Bale and Russell Crowe did wonderful jobs in this movie! The music is really really good too. Just the kind of music that I would expect out of a Western movie. Actually this WHOLE movie had everything that I expected out of it. Great gun fights,coach robberies,just everything that you would expect will be present in this movie. Kudos to this movie!
Memoirs of a Geisha

This movie was really really good. It had everything that I could possibly want in a geisha movie minus the sex scenes. The costumes were absolutely astounding. The fabrics and the hair and everything are just SO beautiful! The story plot was very good and I am pleased with how the movie ended. It's just the kind of romantic movie that I like.

The perfect musical. Emmy's voice is so beautiful and Gerard has a perfect deep voice for the Phantom's voice. I also like that they portray the Phantom as a sad lonely man instead of a really evil horrible man.

OH MY GOODNESS this is one of THE BEST movies ever created!!! This movie is better than the first movie which almost never happens. ROCK ON PIRATES!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This movie.... Oh I can't begin to say how incredibly incredibly incredible this movie is!!!!!!!! This movie has too many good things in it for me to say so I'll just say this movie deserves more than 10 stars.

Such a good movie. It has a Christian lesson to it which I love. The actors who were cast for this movie were perfect. Can't wait to read the book!

I like him too - especially as a pirate. I heard they are making pirates o.t.C.4 too. so there's going to be a lot of johnny depp movies!

yes I've seen the movie but it's not very popular in austria. I've been to salzburg a few times - beautiful city, I live 1 hr. away. got to go to bed now - it's 1:30 am over here. talk to you later !

I just love nature and that's the perfect place for that- mountains and trees everywhere ! beautiful old buildings and good food!
