Wow. I'd never heard of this movie before I came across it. The concept was very interesting, I think I'm going to to have to watch it another time to really understand the concept of it. I did love the images of Meanwhile City, they were hauntingly beautiful. The dark impressive buildings that suffocate, yet inspire you to higher beauty. They had a old world meets future Gothic feel. Very beautiful imagery! I loved how the stories intertwined to have the ending, I was not expecting it. I really thought it was a movie about futuristic London. It turned out to be something completely different. I also loved what they implied about religion. Sometimes, it can be a bad thing but when you believe in something hard enough it can be real. I feel it showed both the pros and cons of religion. The things Ryan Phillippe's character said when narrating were indeed thought provoking. It might have been a little weird and confusing at first but I really enjoyed this movie!
I'd say the cast wasn't as terrible as it could have been. The affects were not great but not bad either. They had a lot of cliches which ruined it for me; I could have enjoyed it a lot more if it wasn't for that. Lilith was bad ass! Ahahaha. For a TV movie it was better than I thought it would be. Entertaining!
Perhaps one of the best horror movies I have ever seen. It was very interesting how all the stories were connected and I was guessing right to the very end. Nothing was as it seemed! Great!
