What do you say about something magnificent? I didn't enjoy the part where Gandalf was thrown about as I did the rest of the movie, it was too sad seeing him thus. The music throughout the movie was beautiful, timed perfectly and fitting every scene. This movie stays to the book, though there are many differences, there is no introductions of new characters (as in Ella Enchanted) and the cutting out of some characters (Tom Bombadil) is necessary, otherwise the film would probably be much lengthier, not that I would mind at all. I will always be a fan of this incredible trilogy, and I will never grow tired of watching any of these three movies.

They're all good, can't say which is my favorite; yes, I'm totally obsessed. The death of Haldir was tragic; as I am overly, perhaps a bit too much, fond of elves, their lands, manners, grace, etc.... And Haldir turned out to be one of my favorite characters, played by the talented actor (Craig Parker) The Battle of Helme's deep; a battle that PJ (Peter Jackson) filmed so well, it sticks in my memories and I can fantasize without having to watch the scene, the part where the elves march in, Haldir hugs Aragorn, and all those poor dead elves. It's not every day a movie has the ability to make me cry, but this one did.

Magnificent finish. It was touching when Aragorn knelt before the four hobbits, he being king and all. The endings was incredibly sad, in my opinion, the elves sailing away, to leave their lands forever and enter into Valinor. A world without elves *shudders* 'It is time for men?' *shakes head* That part made me cry, I'm not sure why exactly, for they are not heading toward their death, but somewhere that should help them be at peace. But leaving forever is forever, and oftentimes there is no choice to come back, and that makes me sad, I suppose. The costumes are a magnificence, the gowns, robes, enemy garb, everything as I would imagine and hope for it to be. And as for them having to take back the shire, I think Peter Jackson was right not to include that part. They just finished the big war, and to have to go back and fight to reclaim peace yet again, well...perhaps you understand? It was interesting to see Elrond finally smile, as he was always so serious and somber before. Gollum, as usually, is hilarious, even in his dying moments.

I remember watching this as a little girl and being infatuated with it. The charm wore off as I grew older; but every now and then I enjoy seeing it again. The sword fight between Westley and Inigo has always stuck in my mind; and been a particular favorite scene in this film. However, I don't agree with Inigo seeking revenge by killing the six fingered man, however he did, and I can't do anything to change it, except skip that scene, not a favorite of mine. It's not that I'm squeamish, after watching the Lord of the Rings and seeing 'things', but it just struck an annoyance cord in me. The battle of wits is another part I don't mind watching more than once. It's interesting and a bit satisfying to watch that short little man die laughing

First one is the best, second is fine, third is a bit unhappy of an ending.

I've always enjoyed watching this version of the Scarlet Pimpernel; and the book is incredible as well; for other fans who haven't read it; you should.

Pretty good movie, but the book is so much better. Overall though, it was decent enough, but not what I was hoping. Hugh Dancy made a good prince, though.

The flying was realistic so that was nice. Good movie. Not sure if it followed the book, but I don't care on this one.

Good movie, good boy, good dogs, good story, hee hee. About a boy named Will (love that name) who wants to save the farm and go to college. In order to do that he wants to run a dog race, and he's never raced before. Only one winner, ten thousand dollars, and a hot competition, who will win?

I think this is a touching movie. I've watched it twice or thrice and enjoyed it all the time. A sort of Beauty and the Beast.

Better then I expected, since movies generally don't follow books. C.S. Lewis was a great author! Look forward to Prince Caspian and Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and I hope they are as good as the books.

My favorite Robin Hood, except I would have chosen Patric Knowles as Robin Hood, and no hair on the chin!

I liked it. I don't like how the prince looks though...too old. Liked Hugh Dancy as a prince better.

Good movie. I think Colin Firth was the better Darcy and Keira Knightley the best Elizabeth.

It was good and the costumes were so lovely, Padme's were. Some things I would have done differently but I enjoyed watching certain scenes that made it all worth it. The special effects were extraordinary.

Based on the true story of a priest, Fr. Hugh O'Flaherty. VERY good. What a brave man! A real life Scarlet Pimpernel.

Very good movie. In the very beginning you can see wrinkles on the sunset scenery, which is rather funny, but I don't really mind. Also thought it was funny when he was carrying |
