Punisher: War Zone

Well for some reason, and it might be just me but Ray Stevenson kept the Punisher alive. Sure maybe not the best choice but can you think of anyone better. He's ruthless, silent and deadly just as The Punisher should be after he's lost his family and taken revenge as his middle name.

However a word of advice, IF you decide to watch this forget anything you know or remember of Thomas Jane, this one is one totally mean son of a bitch, a helluva Punisher if you ask me. And it makes sense since now he's got nothing more to lose. Or does he....

Underworld: The Rise of the Lycans

to be honest first word coming into my mind is "boring". Too much story and too much chatter, i just wanted for them to shut up and go kill something, since this is the neverendless war between 2 species. But as prequel, yeah guess it's pretty good. The foundation of the lycan hierarchy, and the love between the 2 races, also the truth behind the beginning of this war in the first place. But what better reason to start a war than..love.

Effects, Cast, very long storyline, it's got it all, so overall no reason why this should be avoided, just....try not to sleep! lol

Transporter 3

more intense, more fucked up, more action, more of Jason Statham kicking ass. Need i say more? Helluva movie:D

Push

Deffinetly an interesting concept and a breath of fresh air. Somehow this movie has more genres combined, it really is unique. At first i was like been there done that, im so glad i watched it. The acting can always be good from the selected cast, the effects even though we're used to seeing more and more movies with these effects this one had style, and a mind blowing rush, keeps you watching, never dull a moment. For me any movie that meets these requirements gets a 5/5, so yeah my opinion, it rocks and it's worth watching, provided you want an exhilarating sci-fi action packed option. Have fun!!

The Day the Earth Stood Still

i don't know whether it sticks to the storyline of the original movie because i haven't seen it, so as a guy who saw this remake only uhmm...i could say i liked it but it seems rather familliar, i've seen this concept in too many movies or why not even animations. But overall a good way to keep you entertained for about 90 minutes. Now as for what i really enjoyed in this movie was the effects, the cool robot, good acting, and one line that i will never forget "Nothing ever truly dies,the Universe wastes nothing everything is simply....transformed". too bad i'm not a dreamer"sigh". Anyways, a good sci fi action movie i'd recommend.

The Incredible Hulk

HAHA finally the long waited sequel.

At first i was disappointed because Edward Norton took the role of Hulk instead Eric Bana, but like i said..AT FIRST, after watching more and more of it you grow to like the new "hulk". I realized while watching how good of a choice was Norton for this role. The other actors do their job great also.

So, this is deffinetly a movie i liked a lot, not sure if better than the original maybe the same, but a character like Hulk really needed better effects, better fight scenes, better acting and a very interesting flow of things. This one's got it all!!!

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor

no way as good as the first or second, Rachel Weisz is gone and the new Eve doesn't quite cut it, and Rick's son is almost a grown ass man...wtf??. (this is me being pissed off cuz i was disappointed)

But since i like to see the glass half full, Rick is still in this movie so that's good, effects are always welcome, i can't really remember the music so i dunno if it's impressive or not....but the best part the, the cherry on top is the part where the yeti's come(really that's the part i liked the most). So...you can watch this movie for the motherfuckin yeti's that kick ass or the boring story and a few punch lines, and some shooting... not nearly as impressive as those great white creatures.

Iron Man

NO doubt about it and without too many words...ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES made after Marvel Comics, the best motion picture made hero i have seen so far. THIS shouldn't be missed. Both this and Hulk(2008) make a link with a very important organization we all know. Awesome:D

Hancock

WOW. was not expecting to enjoy myself so much. This is not just another superhero movie. it's the movie of a screwed up homeless dude that just happens to have super powers, a little rough around the edges but with some work from one guy he saves from death, he'll become a great hero, but not before finding out his origins and a few more things that will change his life.

Will Smith rocks, he always has and always will. I love this guy. Action, sci -fi spiced with an inch of drama and a very intriguing story.....and other good actors..bla bla bla. Incredible movie!!!

Journey to the Center of the Earth (Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D)

i guess Brendan Fraser has that face that you can like the movie just because he is in it.

This is not the case. Even though i've seen so many "Journey's to the Center of the Earth" this one's deffinetly more interesting, filled with magic (not the fairy type), and adventure, and not seeing a good adventure movie in a long time, this one came like a treat.

Pretty different from other movies with the same name i've seen, but no matter what they all have the same destination...which might get boring, but deffinetly watchable.Enjoy!

Doomsday

hmm dunno what to think of this one. Yeah sure Rhona Mitra has a sweet ass, and it's worth watching over and over.....but she still kinda strikes me as a good actor in training (maybe it's just me).

It kinda feels like a combination of various films put together to get this one. Some sort of a modern Mad Max (but NOTHING like it), some Banlieue 13(come on you can use the wall thing on...how many films? til it gets old), and i'm sure i can think of more but i'm sleepy*yawn*.

Overall i'm still a sucker for action packed sci-fi like movies with at least one hot chick that kicks ass, i know it's a cliche already but call me a cliche junkie. I've seen it after Death Race and couldn't help noticing some similarities between them, only a few, but i still like it. It's worth watching once or twice. Anarchy, Mayhem, Slaughter, No rules at all, Some car chases, and at least looks a little like Mad Max (which to me is legend), so why not decide one day to re-live the old days in a modern film that might suit ur tastes.

What Happens in Vegas

OK...i wasn't expecting this to be such a funny movie. I watched this with many of my friends and laughed with tears, of course if i had watched it alone i might not have laughed that much, but that doesn't change the facts. Ashton Kutcher no matter what i thought before his latest movies or what i've heard...is a good actor (that dumb handsome look on his face is worth millionz), and Cameron Diaz, well i've kinda liked her anyways.

Two normal people each with a good friend decide to spend some time having fun and where else to party but in the capital city of fun and posibilities....Las Vegas. A lot happens in Vegas, only that they were not expecting THIS to happen. Witty repertoires, some funnny interesting fights literally and figuratively speaking, and so much more. This is one i'd recommend. Enjoy!

You Don't Mess with the Zohan

haha, laughed quite a lot at this one. The man with an egg shaped head strikes again. This time as a sex obsessed, agent and hair stylist all in one. Really enjoyed this silly, stupid movie with a very unique sense of humour and interesting story. The cast is pretty much as in most of the movies with Adam Sandler, not that i'm complaining. Anywayz...it's fun all around.

WALL-E

For me this has got to be the best animation i've seen in years. i like it so much, so different from what we're normally used to.

A cute recycling robot that thinks it's alone in the universe, finds out there's really more to it....and he only needs one feeling to realize, the feeling that changes the very rules and laws of everything......LOVE!!!

Dead Space: Downfall

a very interesting animation. i think i really missed watching a good animated movie like in the goold old days.

Dead Space Downfall tells us the story of the crew from the spaceship USG Ishimura and the weird happenings and gore killings that start to occur with the discovery of a weird artifact of alien technology. The action takes place before the story from the pc game, so if you haven't played that yet watch this 1st, they're very much connected. Lots of gore, blood, weird hibrid mutated humans....good sci-fi feel and so on. Don't bite ur nails!!

Wanted

another action packed film, with effects, flying guys, and bullets that usually like to curve to the left or light, a pretty harsh training for a pretty ordinary guy, that basically finds out that everything that he know about good or bad is about to change....there always are shades of gray and he eventually finds them. I guess this is the action junkie in me talking maybe but thie movie is awesome. Actors are amazing, popular, with very good skills, but to be honest i was more interested in seeing Angelina again, how much of a cliche is that?...well i loved this movie, maybe you will also. It's great!

Kung Fu Panda

hmm a fat panda that learns kung fu, starts kickin ass near the end when the iminent danger is approaching....interesting indeed,but come on...a fat panda??? a tiger, a lion, or any other animal would've kicked ass, well i guess they've done that too, so i have to give credit to this one for it's uniquecity. An overall great bunch of actors that bring to life the voices of the delightful characters. so yeah it's cool, have fun!!!

The Dark Knight

hmm most of you have probably seen this, so i really don't know what to say. Actually come to think i can say that HE's BAACK, and yes i'm talking about the Joker, i mean yeah batman is all dark and mysterious, with gadgets, and a secret cave, but the Joker is the next best thing. My god did Heath Ledger revive Joker or what???.....he is crazier than ever more dangerous, cunning and dare i say clever. He does have a twisted way with words, but he really is the naturally born psychopath or created, either way, he's really messed up in the head. There's also the part where Two Face starts his own deeds, personally i think there could have been a much more elaborated story on the birth of Two Face, even a whole movie, but overall this one also kicks ass. go bats!!!

Tropic Thunder

Finally a movie a can laugh my ass off. This one has all it needs to make it a great comedy. not to mention it has great actors that fill the shoes of some wanna be marines shooting a movie. Eventualy the movie is more than they can handle, and they start finding their issues, their flaws and the things that make them stumble over and over again. so yeah i loved it. GET SOME!!

Biohazard: Degeneration (Resident Evil: Degeneration)

WOW, i've been sucking my thumb every time i saw resident evil on screen. May it be a movie, a game, anime, animated movie, doesn't matter. This one is the first Resident Evil CGI animation i watched even if there are others from what i've seen. Resident Evil 4 the game for pc left a mark on me, and finding out about this film with same characters more or less:)), was a great feeling. Leon takes on some more dumbass braaain eating zombies, gets help from some female companions that are also very good built characters, and a big mutant that's always interesting to see. I love this one, and i strongly recommend it for the Res Evil fans. !
