WOW. Incredible adaptation after the great Stephen King's novel. A classic horror with practically the basic principals as Cloverfield only that here we get a hint of where the creatures are actually from but i'm not going to spoil that for you. It all starts slow, average small town, everybody knows each other but different beliefs divide them. All is well when not in danger but in darkness all the rules are breakable. In fear and darkness man only seeks survival no matter what. A lot of shit is 'bout to go down in this small average town with one of the most classical suspense stories that will indulge your eyes not only with storyline but also sfx and strongly built characters. Once again i really liked Thomas Jane's acting, he turned down the part of Punisher the sequel to make this, and i think he made the right choice. It also has one of the most dramatic endings i've ever seen, if only they could've waited a few minutes, but i guess a mind away from the voice of reason, away from clear thinking, can only lead to what at that time seemed the right choice. Incredible movie, loved it, and hope you will to:)) Actually i don't care if you do!!.LOL. ENJOY:D

I loved the JL animatd series and i think i've seen them all. So i'm not sure what to think about this one. Is it before the founding of the League just in a different time, like the '50s or what, am not sure, still it's a very good animation, very entertaining. The characters look very different from the ones from the animation and it took me a while to get used to them. Well anyway if you're a fan of JL or any other of the characters this will feel most welcomed.

Rambo (Rambo IV) Rambo (Rambo IV)
    by Ovi
This 4th installment is great still much slower than the previous movies. Sylvester Stallone peformed excellent as always as the great war veteran we all know and love John Rambo. For those of you who haven't seen the other movies you should, that way you'll get answers to different questions like "where is he from" , "why is he here" sort of knowing the beginning of Rambo.

Anyways this movie has some unexpected brutallity, probably too much, but then again it's how this movie should be i guess. It deffinetly gives the movie a more realistic touch that mpressed me. It just makes me sick knowing that shit like that happened and still tend to happen around the world. People are literally falling (dead) like flies. Lots of killing, blood, shooting and a very dark and dramatic look especially at the beginning. As much as i like Rambo and loved his previous movies, this one lacks more action and the kind of taunting and well in one way it's a lot slower of course Rambo got older and....bla bla bla. To cut it short, Rambo is back, he kicks ass, Sly rules, a very good movie glad i watched it. :D

Such a good fairy tale movie combining a little bit of animation and a few different tales in only one great magical story. I still don't know why people think it's childish to watch this sort of movies, and they don't, i thought it was childish too but i liked it and watched it with all my pleasure, i guess the inner child in my was begging for something like this. What the heck am i talking about. This is not for kids it's for everybody who loves life and joy and colours and music...bla bla bla. Watching it felt like a breath of fresh air. This truly is one of the best and adorable fantasy-romantic-comedy movies i've seen in the last years.
A classic fairytale story to begin with that combines itself with modern day NY city madness. Some beautiful actresses, some handsome actors, a cute talking chipmunk that loses it's voice the witch (Susan Sarandon) and some groove sfx. I'd say it's worth it.

this one is craaazy. I laughed my ass off. In a gaming world, the life of those who create everything we see in a video game and those who test them, a lot can happen, and in this one you can actually have lots and lots of laughs with these crazy nutty guys and the stupid things they do. It has American Pie's stupidness. Many funny good actors you might recognize. One of the best stoner films i have seen in a long while. Even though I love such movies as Harold and kumar go to white-castle, I'd have to say this one was a lot funnier. With snappy lines the movie was great. Deffinetly hillarious and i guess that just about cuts it. Have FuN!!!

No Country for Old Men No Country for Old Men

Contrary to what i've seen in some reviews, THIS IS NOT CRAP. This movie has one of the most top quality acting i've seen in a looong time, in a very long time. I was not sure if it was worth to win 4 Oscars and other nominees but after seeing it, DAMN hell yeah it deserved it all.

So at the beginning it kinda has that slow pace and patience just like in many scenes in Kill Bill with witty talk, knowing that something bad might happen or not, depending on how the maniac interprets other peoples talking skills and mimics. It deffinetly has a very dark screenplay, a lot of mayhem and such an evil killer into this great western. It sure felt nice seeing Tommy Lee Jones as a ranger or a sheriff i can't recall exactly, his accent is great, also seeing Woody Harrelson in this movie felt good too bad he had to die so easily, made him look like he's got poor skills comparing to Javier Bardem's character that was just flawless, no mistakes, always 2 steps ahead, and knowing just what to do, in the time given, and exactly when. And Josh Brolin's character was almost as good as his opponent, smart, plenty of skills, inventive, but again a maniac will be a maniac forever. And their sort always get the job done one way or another. Nearing the end don't expect so much action and shooting and killing, just a loong half hour (almost) of talking, solving clues, and some suspense that will keep you "glued" to the chair. Top notch movie, 5 stars, and this coming from me, by that meaning that im not really a sucker for these kind of movies. So EnJOY!!!

    The Clearing The Clearing
    by Ovi
The Clearing is a quiet, thoughtful film that slowly builds suspense that is not released until the very end. Although there are some contrivances in the plot, the acting is superb throughout and the film works as a psychological thriller, a meditation on loss and regret, and a character study of two flawed but loving people who have forgotten how to express their joy in living. Robert character gets kidnapped by a very simple man played by Willem Dafoe and takes him to the forest, and it's up to Wayne's(Robert Redford) wife to pay the ransom. Kinda an intriguing story but not the type of movie i would watch again, it's too slow, and only for a few minutes it picks uo the pace, but slows doen again. However it was seeing Robert Redford again, and Willem Dafoe, reminded me of their performances in acting skills.

    by Ovi
This was one of my childhood favourite movies. It still wasn't scary back then but at least i saw a few demons, the harbinger of death and darkness, and the missionary of god, it sure sounds like a cliche, but it did the trick. It's kinda relaxing rewatching sometimes older movies, instead of h action packed sfx movies that right now seem to come up like mushrooms after rain. Anyways watching it right now, it's deffinetly lost it's charm, so to be able to watch this one you kinda have to be really bored, but whatever i guess i was bored. Boredom's a bitch.

Ohhh maan, this movie is highly underestimated. 'Shaolin Soccer' is a film probably unlike you have ever seen, it is goofy fun, totally ridiculous, but entertaining all the way through. Really was not expecting such a funny movie. What you can expect is a lot of fun and funny moments. To give you an example, Sing can kick the ball so hard he can disable four opponents with one shot. Just try to picture flying chinese footballers, and when they kick the ball it bursts into fire, and goes with extreme speeds, lots of martil arts moves combined in this very fun movie that clearly is unlike anything out there. So, it's fun, effects, sort of reminds me of a few cartoons, and lots of action. Soo suit yourself:D

If you're looking for a fresh, original sci-fi film, look elsewhere, 'cause "Mansquito" is anything but that. However, it IS a fun, gory monster movie for a boring, rainy Saturday afternoon. It kinda reminded me of the movie The Fly with Jeff Goldblum, they really tried to recreate that finesse or gore, and well since it reminds me of it they kinda succeeded. The same good old story, a few scientists find themselves near an explosion where chemicals just coincidentally happen to be, and in time turns them into, big, gross, slow walking, blood sucking mosquitos. You might like it or not. Who gives a toss:D

HA HA it's enough to say his name and know what he's capable of. Although i find that the jokes black comedians tell are not so funny, somehow they stil make you laugh. Dave Chapelle is very good among them and put up a very good performance in this movie. Others probably won't get all the jokes, but it is still damn entertaining. I know people who worship this movie...of course, they've more than "smoked themselves retarded." If you're "feelin it," then you'll laugh your @ss off, I guarantee.

After reading so many of your great reviews for the movie i finally decided to watch it, and i'm glad. This movie is nothing less than incredible. This is life, with it's beauty, with it's shitty ups and downs, love or no love this is life and this movie clearly shows this and tells us there's always a way, never give up, but for a 16 yr old pregnancy is very hard, it's a bitch, hell no matter of age it's still a bitch, but with great reward. I've seen Elle Page before in a few movies but just seen in this one that she is absolutely incredible. It is a very clever and fresh movie with a brilliant screenplay, and great quotes, and to think it all started with a chair. Great one. You should not miss it.

It's been long since i've seen a guy so much in love with himself like Joe Kingman (The Rock), a man so selfish, and so stubborn and that is going to have a very very big surprise right at the beginning of the playoffs. He discoveres that he has the most cute, and adorable daughter in the world, but until he actually gets to the point where he admits and puts his love for her above his love for himself, there's a looong road.

This movie has some great really funny parts that just crack you up, i mean come on he might be 30 but he acts like 20 at least until he meets his daughter, Peyton. I'm telling you you're in for a helluva laugh with this movie but only to the point where it gets serious and turns really fast to sad, and happy funny joy again. This is one of the movies that i felt sorry for ending so fast but actually it ain't short either. So if you're living under the impresion that this might be another movie with jocks and football you're wrong. Good clean fun, for any age, any type, anytime, with everyone's favourite The Rock, the sexy Roselyn Sanchez and many other knows faces that make this whole movie awesome.

ohh man good old classics. Forgot how much i loved this movie first time i saw it. That's when i "fell in love" with Goldie Hawn, damn she was hot in that coach outfit and with that retro hair style, but enough of her. This one is fun, the story of a normal family woman that would like to coach in the guys league. And by god she succeeds thru determination and perseveration and never giving up. There are many great punch lines, a few more actors like Wesley Snipes or Woody Harrelson in this awesome movie, that reminded of Goldie's prime and youth and that '80 influence all over.

Not as i expected but better. Harrison Ford is an incredible actor i don't know i've always though that. Seeing Harrison Ford back in action was an added bonus. He can definitely still bring it. It was great to see him back on the big screen as feisty as ever still kicking butt. Can hardly wait for his newest movie and we all know which one that is, Virginia Madsen wuuuuwiii she can also act, but she truly caught my attention in the movie Sideways. There's not much to talk about this one 'cuz it hasn't made such an impression on me, but the story is interesting though and keeps you seated but deffinetly the actors performances is more appealing than the movie itself.

I hate movies i really don't get. This one is very very mixed up, some rumblin bumblin stumblin multiple reality, surreal world, fantasy, blurry shit. No matter how much i tried to understand what was going on i stumbled on yet another mystery of this movie. It just leads from one questionable part to another. The acting was great that why the 3 star rating, the story too i guess, but if only i would've understood at least half of it. Guess i'll have to add it on the list of movies to watch more than once too understand it. But then again if you're into all this mysterious, multiple reality taste, you should probably see it. Some like it, some don't. It's that easy. ENJOY

    Awake Awake

This was supposed to be a dull movie, fortunetly for my underestimations it was a very very good movie. It all begins with a very well constructed story, career even future of a man Clay(Hayden Christensen) that suffers from a bad heart and is in dire need of a heart transplant. A man that has everything to lose, his mom, his newly "acquired" wife and friends, finds out that the only person that he could really trust is only his mother. During the opperation procedure, which he kinda feels it in the most horrible way ever, he also finds out what actually has been going on under the mask of his best friend and his wife (finally i get to se Jessica Alba being the negative character, actually more like "she's being a bitch"), and he finds this out by some epiphany or thru his spirit while he actually is on the operating table. This is supposed to be a thriller, i don't think so, deffinetly more lika a drama, and if it's true that 30.000 of those who experience heart surgery every year can actually feel it and hear all around than it's a real live drama. Not a very exciting movie, because it's built around so few characters and only one goal, but if you get into the story and try to imagine u on that table, you might not get bored. The first movie where i thought Hayden acted great was Life as a House, the second Star Wars ep2 and 3, and the third would have to be this movie. Awesome, truly recommend this movie to have the "experience" of being awake:P

This i think is one of my all time favourite dramas. It is rarely you get to see such an incredible movie. It is well written, directed, and acted, especially by Kevin Kline and Kristin Scott Thomas. Hayden Christensen gives us the same believable anger, sullenness and pathos as his Anakin Skywalker character did in Episode II; maybe better. He makes a good troubled teen. A very mixed up story and may i say a very FUCKED up family that get to know each other to fall in love with each other all over but until that part they have to struggle to survive the madness, lonelyness, drugs and many other cicrumstances that would easily be described as a sad and sometimes depraved life. But all the worse to the best, all good dramas need a good ending that is much needed after all the sad episodes this movie puts you thru. Great one. See it!

"We're dicks! We're reckless, arrogant, stupid dicks. And the Film Actors Guild are pussies. And Kim Jong Il is an asshole. Pussies don't like dicks, because pussies get fucked by dicks. But dicks also fuck assholes: assholes that just want to shit on everything. Pussies may think they can deal with assholes their way. But the only thing that can fuck an asshole is a dick, with some balls. The problem with dicks is: they fuck too much or fuck when it isn't appropriate - and it takes a pussy to show them that. But sometimes, pussies can be so full of shit that they become assholes themselves... because pussies are an inch and half away from ass holes. I don't know much about this crazy, crazy world, but I do know this: If you don't let us fuck this asshole, we're going to have our dicks and pussies all covered in shit"! LOL =))

Laughed my brains off when i heard that, so funny, makes a mokkery to the Film Actors Guild:))a.k.a. FAG, and many of the actors themselves, in a very funny, dirty with no prejudice at all, way. Trey Parker's print is clearly shown on this movie that you can have fun with the good ol' dirty way.
