this movie is just so hilarious i dont know where to start. its kind of a serious spoof movie but with an actual plot. TV stars belieived to be real superheroes by an alien race are thrust into a space adventure with no idea what to do. its hilarious

Stargate PG-13

As they say, this is the movie that started it all. such a fantastic story, it really is something that has never been done before. i mean this is not the kind of futuristic world where flying cars and hovercrafts exist. This is set in the here and now and the way these characters deal with the premise of aliens and other worlds makes you really believe it is possible. During the movie we are subjected so some rather light, funny material and we are also made aware that not everyone in our galaxy is warm and fuzzy. The sub-stories of this movie are love, loss and friendship - and some funny and cruel jokes at Daniel's (James Spader) expense. This film is sure to be a classic favourite of any Sci-Fi fan.
