Michael Jackson's This Is It Michael Jackson's This Is It PG
I never think twice about letting anyone know that I've always been a big Michael Jackson fan. I've never cared about an artist's personal life - if I like their music, I'll buy it and tell the world I own it.

So that's why I decided to watch this, and I thought this movie was brilliant! It's like being at one of his concerts, going behind the scenes before it starts to see how it's all planned and came to be, and you could also say it's like one big music video after another. With that, you'll feel like you just went to one of Michael's concerts, and that it was an excellent show, and that even though he's 50, supposedly in very frail and poor health according to the media, and has other problems, the guy is still athletic and can still sing and dance like he always could! On the other hand, this film left me sad, cause you see how much of a perfectionist Jackson was, and how much of a hand and control he had in what was going to be a major tour - every key and note had to be exactly right, but his personality and star power made him a joy to work for. Makes you sad cause you realize none of this ever came to be, but after seeing this film, you'll feel like it did.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince PG
I love 'em all, but I have to say that this is one of the best of the Harry Potter movies. As in all book-to-film efforts, some parts and dialogue are left out, but hey, it'd have to be a 10-hour or longer movie to include everything. Great effects, the darkest storyline yet, along w/more romance since puberty's long settled in. Excellent adaptation of the parts I remember most from the book. Can't wait for The Deathly Hallows, to say the least!

Apocalypto Apocalypto R
Soon as I saw this, I knew it would be an enduring all time favorite of mine, instantly. The story is extremely intriguing, even with the subtitles. I can't say enough about it, you just have to watch it and see for yourself...definitely worth purchasing, even before you see it!!!
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom PG
My dad bought all 3 of the Indiana Jones movies years ago when they were all for sale at McDonald's and "Temple of Doom" is my favorite of the three. It might not have quite as much fast paced action as "Raiders of The Lost Ark", but it has a lot of action nonetheless. "Temple of Doom" is the only Indiana Jones movie that I've watched more than twice and it's more memorable than the other two of the series in my opinion. Indiana Jones goes on a journey with a night club dancer and a Chinese boy to try and rescue hostages and 3 sacred stones that were stolen from an Indian village. To say the least, there is tons of action and suspense in "Temple of Doom" and if you like action movies or the Indiana Jones series, you will definitely like this one. It even has some funny parts to it such as some of the foods that are offered to the crew from some of the foreigners. A couple of them are eyeball soup and chilled monkey brain. "Indiana Jones & the Temple of Doom" is an action packed and original movie and if you ask me, it's one of the best that's ever been made. This is one adventure you don't need to miss. NOTE: That was my Amazon review from the year 2000. This has always been my favorite IJ movie, and one of my favorites of all time!!!!
