this movie was so much better then i expected, the trailers and reviews don't do it much justice. in spite of being a very mainstream production, it has a very deep dark humor that's really hard to find nowadays and it's not as cheesy as most movies on the subject are, given the increasing rate of cheesiness on high-budget movies. jack nicholson is back on top of his form, it's great to see him having a role that's as high as his acting is. morgan freeman isn't left behind, also on a great role. do yourself a favour and watch it when looking for something to kill time with. it'll be worth it. |
