| How To Be - Unrated | UGH! No idea why I watched it. I?m NOT a fan of Robert Pattison. If you have a depression problem keep away cause it might make ya worse! Basically the title is short a word as in how to be happy. Rob?s character can?t seem to be happy (& his Counselor blames his parents LMAO!!) His GF breaks up with him because he?s always sad blah blah blah? it was an independent movie that well usually those at least have original ideas (& are usually a nice break from Hollywood type stuff) but this is garbage F | January 1, 2010 | N/A | |||
| Hellraiser - Hellworld - R |
Henry Cavill plays Mike Christopher Jacot plays Jake & Katheryn Winnick plays Chelsea
3 of 5 friends (if you want to call them that) that lose their friend Adam to The Hell world online game. Lance Henriksen (millennium) plays the ?Host with the most? at the Leviathan House Hell world Party that you are only invited to via the game. Some want to go more than others, and some are on their own agendas. Of course Pinhead & The cenobites are in this (sporadically) well at least they killed one cliché? They saved something for the last then somewhat a twist. However There?s key things on arrival that I noticed so well?.First death ah a vampire coven would love it! Other than that bit I don?t want to go on in case you might be interested.(If you are a fan of the Tudors or Henry Cavill?(& if you are of the Tudors how can you NOT be of him :p ) Give it a go. I couldn?t believe it was him (this you can at least recognize him in. Tristan & Isolde..not as well.) Well When did the first Pinhead movie come out? At this point they?re beyond predictable & I?m sure usually straight to DVD just for the Cult geeks. (speaking of which really have got to figure what order they are in to watch them in order) anyway basically a D for like I said I?m sure a straight to dvd (& bascally DOOMed to repeat itself thereafter |

| Armored (Armoured) - PG-13 | What a waste of time. Predictable ?heist? format movie w/ Matt Dillon, Skeet Ulrich Laurence Fishburne to name a few but the star power does nothing for the movie. It?s a bland remake of every other heist movie. Inside job, the one who needs the money gets called in, says no, then shows up wants in & has change of heart? frankly it?s a 1hr ½ I?d rather spend watching the WORST movie ever but has an original idea. (or at least Sam Worthington, or Taylor Kitsch in it.F | January 1, 2010 | N/A | |||

Determined to stay on the straight and narrow, parolee Barry (Sam Worthington) gets out of jail on Parole to take care of his baby bro, he takes on a job at a restaurant called the Texas Rose. His former jail mate, ?Spit? (David Wenham) gets involved dealing for local gangster Chicka (Gary Sweet).Barry?s employer ?Darren ?Dubba? Barrington (Timothy Spall) who owns the Texas Rose establishment is also a reformed ex-con, and together, the three conspire to bring down the crime boss. This much-nominated Australian
comedy also stars Freya Stafford and Steven Tandy Australian movie & yes that means Worthy man is in it!! IT starts out w/ his character Barry Wirth (of course it had to be a Barry LMAO! Karma!) in Jail. He was detained for a robbery along with a few others of his group) . Oh Yeah & for the Harry Potter fans. Lmao Peter Pettigrew (Timothy Spall plays ?Dubba? the owner of the Texas Rose in it. I don?t want to ruin anything but if you read the plot. ?Chicka? isn?t the only one, the guys have to worry about. Det, DeViers (I think that was his name) keeps coming along & harassing ?Watsy? (Sam Worthington?s Barry?s Nickname) The Det.?s roll in the movie however is not mentioned in the plot?Remember I saw it for Worthy so I didn?t really care if it was good or not but if I have to give it a grade I?d say a C |

| Sherlock Holmes - PG-13 | Saw the trailer during TWell this was a bit fun, witty, although a bit empty. Don?t get me wrong there is some action & the little bromance between Holmes & Watson was quite amusing thanks to Jude Law & Robert Downey Jr. Mark Strong & Lord Blackwell the Black Magic Sorcerer wasn?t intimidating or ?scary? enough the only comment or so I have about him is 1. He looks like the Commish of the NHL & He kinda reminds me of Mr. Burns from the Simpsons (the way he holds his head down) 3. What?s with the collar are we trying to get in touch with our inner Bela Lugosi Dracula? I was getting ready for him to turn into a bat every scene he was in. Rachel McAdams was ok. However the movie went a little fast while Law & Downey would bicker a bit back & forth like an old married couple. I haven?t read the Sherlock Holmes stories (at least as far as I can remember) but I do like the more physical version (a detective WOULD need some sort of fighting skills) another thing is the movie brings you into Holmes thinking process on a couple of instances to show you what he?s going to do that you see in slow motion then POW.. he puts those thoughts into action & good thing you see the slow mo?s first cause the moves are over quickly. I?d say better rental. (I do however not regret going to the movie fully) but being my grade best seen as a rental Cerminator Salvation | December 27, 2009 | N/A | |||
| The Great Raid - R | ok Sam Worthington has a bit part in this. He plays PFC Lucas but he?s behind the guy in line that says he?s Lucas. (the one that?s handed the Uzi, is in front of Sam) The one that says he?s PFC Lucas however played a part I Roswell was also in Smallville & a few other popular shows his name?s Clayne Crawford (Leverage in 2009, Cold Case CSI will be in 24 in 2010 also was in Swimfan) I?m not one for war movies they pretty much bore me weather true or just made as a blockbuster action flick. To me this one dragged interesting maybe its about how 500 POWs are in camp & to go about rescuing them. I?m still only giving it a C | December 25, 2009 | N/A | |||
| Carriers - PG-13 | chris pine plays Brian pretty much a jerky BF & Brother. Accompanied by his gf (played by Piper Pirabou his brother & bro?s GF (Emiliee Van Camp of Everwood fame) basically there?s some sort of virus (plague) the broker out & there?s nary a soul to be found for miles around. Its pretty much the usual 28 days later type only it doesn?t turn into the Rage virus. You basically just start getting ?bruises? all over your body. Be sure to stok up on PLENTY of Clorox for this because everything you come into contact with needs to be disinfected. (this can be helped best in a 24 hour window.) also be sure to always keep your mask on. Should you come into contact with someone that has it make sure is SECURELY on. Otherwise you?ll find yourself stranded. Oh yeah & SHOULD something happen where you get blood on your shit I?d get the loofa out & start scrubing w/ the Clorox including my hair! Woner if a drop of Clorox in your system would kill you? Maybe 1 a day might clean out any of that virus & maybe prevent you from getting it (but they don?t try something like that in any of these kinds of movie) anyway it was a C | December 25, 2009 | N/A | |||
| Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel - PG | December 25, 2009 | N/A | ||||
| Somersault - Unrated | (aussie indy movie) not sure how to rate this but I?ll at least give you the plot? short form? New experiences help a young girl learn the differences between sex and love I guess you could call it a ?dreamers? movie but not sure how I would define that. ?heidi? I would call somewhat a dreamer or at least creative keeping a journal of sorts by ripping pictures etc out of mags, & gluing them in there plus writing whatever next to it. Meets Joe (sam Worthinton at a bar) but typical guy doesn?t know what he wants (do I like her or not blah blah) and although it?s a ?foreign? movie at least you won?t need subtitles! An Artsy movie as well with some of the scenes etc. mostly ?drab? colors of beiges greens etc w/ some red every so often.. C | December 23, 2009 | N/A | |||
