My Favorite Movies

Dark, terrifying, disturbing, and thrilling. The Dark Knight is not just any comic-book adaptation, it is truly a masterpiece.

28 Weeks Later meets Cloverfield and The Blair Witch Project. An early but strong contender for best movie of the year.

I don't need to hesitate at all in saying this. Best movie of 2007.

Mindbending, original. The only two words suitable enough to describe Memento.

Ultimately the best of the trilogy.

A fantastic biopic powered by Brolin's excellent performance.

From the minute the Midnight Meat Train leaves the station it holds a decent plot, along with a great cast and vicious visuals. More than what most modern horror films do.

Those not familiar with the original may find Saw II excessively gruesome.

Saw takes you on a ride of numourous scenes of disturbing violence and constant twists and turns from the outset. Not for the squeamish.

If this doesn't win a BAFTA for best British film in 2009. What will?

Finally, a British movie that's actually worth talking about.

War, Inc intelligently confronts modern warfare.

Who would of thought that a trash-compating robot would gain so much positive attention? WALL-E is charming, light-hearted and magical, and will most certainly be captivating audiences of all ages over the summer.

Farrell can only be described in one word, superb. The same goes for In Bruges dark comedy and action sequences.

Ben Affleck's impressive directorial debut is one to remember.

Amazing. What more can you ask for? Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino movies back-to-back, complete with fake trailers.

So far, Sex and the City is the most enjoyable movie i've seen at the cinema this year.

Visually, very different. So was everything else for that matter.

Saw + Seven = Waz

Captivating story about love and music that shouldn't be missed.

Graphically violent, intense and sickening. A creative modern horror movie that is unbelievable brutal at times.

Original, breathtaking, stylish and intense.

Survival horror at its most brutal ever. Frontière(s) is the French answer to Saw, only difference... its more vicious. No aspect of this movie is left underdone.

A fresh, funny british comedy that I would gladly see again.

A shockingly great horror movie.

A sequel that far surpasses the original.

Quite an amazing show.

A realistic and slightly unrealistic movie that actually made it more watchable. Adored this from beginning to end.

I cant say it was as good as when i first saw it, however, it still is great even if it does seem to drag on for sometime towards the end.

Basic story line but yet highly entertaining.
