I don't care what all of you think, this is hands down one of the best (and scariest) horror films released in the last few years. Beautiful shot Aussie film that leaves every other "so-called" American horror films in the dust. John Jarratt is chilling as Mick Taylor.

What can I say it's Tarantino at his very best. A great, bloody martial arts action film with a brilliant performance by Uma Thurman.

One of the best films ever made. Brilliant acting, brilliant direction and, most importantly, a brilliant script with memorable characters, scenes and dialogue. Tarantino, you are a legend.

The Matrix
An original sci-fi action film is both visual stunning and entertaining. Great cast, script and special effects. A modern day classic.

The Descent (2006,  R)
The Descent
One of the best horror films made in the last couple of years. Very well-acted and intense. Definitley got a lot of jumps out of me. A must see!

Gladiator (2000,  R)
Gladiator
A classic epic. Brilliantly acted, scored and directed. Russell Crowe was wrothy of Best Actor Oscar and as well as the film winning Best Picture. Brilliant.

Titanic
Call me a evil bastard but I still love this film even after all these years. An epic that is both action packed and emotional. No other film comes close.

One of Martin Scorsese's greta masterpieces. A brilliantly acted, scripted and directed film that gives us a much realilistic view at the violent of being a gangster. Brilliant, just brilliant.

The Blair Witch Project
Love it or hate it. To me this is one of the scariest films ever made. I know that's it not real but it still gives me the creeps.

Taxi Driver
Martin Scorsese's first masterpiece. Robert De Niro gives his best performance in this superp drama/thriller that is still holds up brilliantly today. Great supporting cast too.

Gallipoli
The best Australian films ever made! A powerful anti-war story that features great performances by Gibson and Lee. Emotional and brilliant. A must see.

Saving Private Ryan (1998,  R)
Saving Private Ryan
One of the best war films ever made. Steve Spielberg creates a film that shows us a realistic and violently-brutal side of WW2 that we have seen before in a film. Tom Hanks and the cast are excellent. Should have won the Best Picture Oscar.

The Goonies
My all-time favourite film. A great adventure that has memorable characters, excellent scenes and really great funny moments. I love it!

Rocky
A classic boxing film. Slyvester Stallone writes and stars in this excellent underdog story that is both entertaining and inspiring. A great script and a great supporting cast too.

Spider-Man 2
An excellent sequel that out-do's the original on so many levels. In my opinion, this is "The Godfather, Part 2" of the comic book film genre.

Million Dollar Baby (2004,  PG-13)
Million Dollar Baby
While both "Unforgiven" and Mystic River" are excellent films but to me, this film, is Clint Eastwood's masterpiece. The performances of Eastwood, Swank and Freeman are out-standing (the latter two deserved their Oscars), the direction and script are excellent. Just a brilliant and moving film. A must see.

The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert
A hilariously funny, flamboyant and bitchy Aussie comedy that is full of witty dialouge and great performances. Stamp, Weaving and Pearce are all great in their roles. One of the funniest films to come out of Australia ever!

An excellent documentry that is both funny and disturbing at the same time. Whether you agree with Moore's politics or not, this a important film that deals with a important subject that we should talk about.

One of the best films ever made! Jack Nicolson gives one of his best performances as Randall McMurphy. The supporting cast, the script and direction are first rate. Everyone has to see it!

Johnny Depp was wrothy of his Oscar nomination for his role as Captian Jack Sparrow in this great piece of entertainment. Great supporting cast and special effects too!

An excellent atmospheric and chilling horror film that, dare I say it, it is even better than the original Japanese version. Naomi Watts is excellent.

Paul Newman gives an amazing performance in the this very well-made prison drama that also has a great supporting cast. If you haven't seen, then check it out.

Evil Angels (A Cry in the Dark)
a.k.a. "Evil Angels". An excellent film that looks at possibly the worst case of injustice in ever in Australian history, the case of Lindy Chamderlain who's baby was taken by dingo and the Australian media and public accused her of murdering her child. This is absorbing and emotional drama that has excellent performances by Meryl Streep and Sam Neill. A must see.

One of the best documentries that I have ever seen in my life. Harrowing, chilling and disturbing. Are the "West Memphis Three" are they guilty of the horrible crimes they are acussed of? Or are they innocent by persecuted because they were different? You decide. See now people!

An amazing adaptation of one of my all time favourite comic books as a kid. Tobey Maguire was born to play Peter Parker/Spider-Man. Truely amazing.

The Sixth Sense
A classic film. The cast are brilliant (Osment and Collete deserved their Oscar nod) and M. Night Shyamalan's direction and script are both stellar. This is a suspenceful and emotional story with an great ending. Just brilliant.
