1
Crossroads (1986,  R)
Crossroads
For all the guitar players out there. My only gripe is that Ralph Macchio doesn't actually play eugenes trick bag, the video was sped up. Obviously it was recorded by Vai.
2
School of Rock (2003,  PG-13)
School of Rock
If your a musician you'll get more of the jokes ;). Still a great movie though.
3
This Is Spinal Tap (1984,  R)
This Is Spinal Tap
Greatest movie of all time. But you won't understand most of the humour if your not a touring musician. (Double necked bass with 4 strings each anyone?)
4
Wayne's World 2 (1993,  PG-13)
Wayne's World 2
if you liked the first one...
5
Wayne's World (1992,  PG-13)
Wayne's World
She will be mine. Oh yes, she will be mine.
6
A Hard Day's Night (1964,  G)
A Hard Day's Night
A classic for fans of the Beatles
7
Dead Poets Society (1989,  PG)
Dead Poets Society
I love this movie, it has great acting and a very deep storyline. This movie is incredibly well put together.
8
Remember the Titans (2000,  PG)
Remember the Titans
One of my all time favorite movies, not our typical football movie, its got a compelling storyline.
9
Superman (1978,  PG)
Superman
The original. Christopher Reeves does an amazing job! Hackman did not play a very realistic Luthor however, he is supposed to be one of the most brilliant minds of the century, not the comic relief! However between Donner and Reeve the movie is saved, and is actually a great movie deserving a full 5 star rating. This is a classic movie, of the most classic superhero ever created. The one that started it all in 1938... Superman!
10
Superman II (1981,  PG)
Superman II
Not as good as the first one, but still a good movie. It is Superman after all, right?
11
Superman III (1983,  PG)
Superman III
okay this movie wasn't really that good... but I still love Superman, so there :P.
12
Superman IV - The Quest for Peace (1987,  PG)
Superman IV - The Quest for Peace
...okay I'm biased. I love superman. This movie did suck though.
13
Superman Returns (2006,  PG-13)
Superman Returns
This my friend takes the cake. Excellent, excellent moive. Brandon Routh and Kevin Spacey absolutely NAIL their parts. The acting in this movie is absolutely phenominal! Excellent telling of a Superman story. Great plot dynamics and it was good to see the Golden Era superman costume used. Also the traditional effects of Kryptonite (where it makes him gradually weaker, not in instant pain). The most amazing CGI I have seen to date. Great dynamic scenes and using Marlon Brando'ss original lines as Jor-El from the first movie as well as using a great deal of things from the first movies made the transitian almost seamless. Routh even looks like Christopher Reeve. With all the crappy movies based on comics lately, I'm glad to see one that doesn't suck. Not to mention its about time they made one about the very first super hero ever made! All in all, this is an excellent addition to the Superman collection!
14
Supergirl (1984,  PG)
Supergirl
On the same cheesiness level of Superman IV: Quest for Peace, but with even worse acting. But... its about supergirl, so I give it 5 stars anyways :P.
15
X-Men (2000,  PG-13)
16
X2 (2003,  PG-13)
X2
If you like comic books its great, although it doesn't follow the original stories.
17
X-Men: The Last Stand (2006,  PG-13)
18
Spider-Man (2002,  PG-13)
19
Spider-Man 2 (2004,  PG-13)
