I was expecting it to be visually striking. And it was. I was expecting it to be violent. And it was kinda.
But I was not expecting it to be a comedy although some would find that to be subjective. Its humor is all over ranging from slapstick to black which ultimately is its undoing otherwise it coulda been great. All in all a fun, goofy, noir-ish comic book movie.
