Simple story but the film is entertaining and the kids will most likely enjoy it. It has some good action moments, and some really good CGI.

New In Town

This movie was sheer joy to watch...and enjoy. Renee Zellweger grabs you and holds onto you throughout this entire movie.With some assistance from Harry Connick Jr....this movie shows the incredible power if what happens when people work together. See this...it is worth watching.

Saw VI

After "Saw V" I thought this franchise would turn worst but guest what?! It didn't. It's well written, well directed, well edited, well paced and surprisingly well acted.
Many of the questions we have had have been answered, and the twist at the end, as usual, surprised everyone and of course the traps is what the Saw fans come for and there are the most inventive traps since Saw III, by the way, this installment has a lot of relevant social commentary permeated throughout.
The choice is yours...

While the original was a BIG let down, this sequel has completely different story, the first was a slasher and this is a surviving horror flix. The movie has good acting and directing and delivers thrills and gore scenes.
Worth a check.

Coraline

Nothing short of amazing is all I can say for this family oriented computer generated fun filled flick. I truly loved the adventure that Coraline took me on. One minute as a bored little girl harassing her busy, glued to the computer keyboard parents for attention...to the insomniac sleeper fighting to save her parents from the similar parallel universe of her very existence. See this it is pure joy for the entire family.

Lesser of Three Evils (Fist of the Warrior) (Blood Money)

I had a very high expectation of this movie...it let me down with the continuous changing of scenery from a memory to the current happening and back again to the bad memory. Killing everyone that gets in the way of you and the one that causes the unforgivable discrepancy in your life is surely not a good motive for the chemistry for vengeance or revenge. See this...if you dare...then again...don't even dare! LOL!

Star Trek

The previews looks promising....and the movie was NOT disappointing! Whether you like sci-fi or not...this is an adventure to experience all over again whether you are a trekkie or a rookie. The voices of the young McCoy, Chekov, Scotty are incredible and unmistakable for those familiar with the crew of the starship Enterprise. See this it is one unforgettable journey!

28 Weeks Later...

How far would you go to protect the ones you love from a rabid viral infection...also what would you do if one of the members of your life got infected with this parasitic infection that turns you in to a flesh human maniac...here is that type of story....needed to sharpen more teeth to keep my attention other than that it was a good movie to watch.

Brüno (Bruno)

If you enjoyed ¨Pink Flamingos¨ you might enjoy this flix, ¨Brüno¨ is not a film for the faint-hearted. One requires a fair knowledge of the sexual world, as well as a strong stomach, to be able to both understand a fair deal of the film's jokes, as well as be able to sit through them.
Sacha Baron Cohen is really a versatile actor, and amazingly deadpan in the silliest of situations.
I had great fun, although some of the scenes worked better than others, BUT be warned. If you are easily offended, you will be offended. Majorly.
All in all a hilarious satire!

¨The Taking of Pelham One Two Three¨ combines a great script, perfect acting by a first-rate cast, suspense and humor. From the first moments to the great ending it keeps your attention.
One of the best hostage movie out there.

Bee Movie

Bee Movie is a well-made animation, but sadly, a passable one.

State of Play

¨State of Play¨ is an enjoyable and intelligent thriller. The plot is very well developed and convincing and the screenplay is twisty and engaging.
The production values of the film are strong, as well as, the acting and the cast that generally deliver top drawer performances.

Coraline

Good and imaginative story, delighting visuals, creepiness from the beginning and a couple scary scenes make this an enjoyable film.

Right at Your Door

An interesting idea that started great then the film goes amazingly downhill.
The twist ending was unable to save the film from being yet another example of a good idea let down by a poorly constructed script.
