"Where the Wild Things Are" is a world where everyone is unhappy all of the time. I get that this is a kid's mind, and that children often get overly worked up over seemingly mundane things, but they are also happy from time to time. Every character spends the entire movie either angry or sad. Even when they are happy, they're still a little bit sad or angry. This is not a poorly made movie. It showcases a great fantasy environment, but the complete lack of anything compelling makes it a chore to watch.

What are you, kidding me? It's freakin Star Wars!

Considered by many to be the best of the original triology. I can't argue. I only put it as #2 on my favorites list because I can't have three #1's.
