Sam Raimi with a big budget

Bah. Let 'em complain. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Now with 50% more BRUCE! I was blown away by the special effects. And yeah, I'll buy it when it comes out on DVD.

look what Sam Raimi can do with a little money, and some Karo Syrup, and tons of Bruce

It's definitely not the sofisticated suspense of Silence of the Lambs or the classic Rear Window, but I still think Shia's one to keep an eye on. He's done a great job in everything I've seen him in so far. Disturbia starts with a gasping for breath scene, then slows considerably for a bit too long, but the end is worth it. Could have done with a bit more David Morse, but it's still good enough. Worth it to see Shia get his mad on.
