Cath OG (ukxenafan1)

Enjoyable horror romp that is part tongue in cheek comedy and part tedious teen angst horror. Megan Fox becomes a man eater (literally) after a bit of accidental demon possession, while best friend Needy (Amanda Seyfried) is the only one who suspects.
'Juno' screenwriter Diablo Cody knows her teen horror, and we get a lot of the usual ingredients - small towns, high school, cheerleaders/nerds, dark houses, projectile vomiting and fairly gratuitous girl-on-girl snogs for the pervy teen boys. However, it sort of works! Good performances from the two girls and a dark sense of fun, if you are in the right mood.

Fabulous film. Brilliant performances and just a mesmerising story. This was one I genuinely went to see at the cinema at least 7 times, and I cried at the end each time! Mary Stuart Masterson deserved to be a huge star...shame it never quite happened for her.

A perfect film! You can sing along with everything, laugh at the children dressed in curtains, go "eeeww!" when Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer kiss, boo the nazis and cheer the nuns! Classic.
