My Favorite Movies

Still favorite movie of all time! The music is very well spooky as well as original. Loved that huge house where the kids lived. So many hiding spots for these mental patients to hide at. The acting is not bad, not exactly top-notch either, but its wonderfully played by the clowns. What I love about this movie the most is that our villain's do not speak, not a sound other a laugh in the beginning but a maniacal laugh. Other than that, completely quiet which makes them that more terrifying. This movie has been my favorite since I saw it the first time I saw it. Clowns what can I say they sure are scary..not knowing what they are, or what they are thinking but the settings, and the pace on how it makes you wait to see whats going to happen brings this movie to a high honor. Also, one of Sam Rockwell's first films he did, so its quite a joy to see on how he has become who he is from seeing him in his younger years. Nathan Forrest Winters did a amazing job as playing the terrified boy who has the major fear of courolophobia. Geoffrey the mild brother does not do a bad job either, for sticking up for Casey when his asshole brother Randy does not. Also, one other thing is the scene with Casey going to the fortune teller is spooky enough,someone warning you of death on your door is worst. However, this time they come to the house. Great movie for Halloween, or anytime your just in the mood for some fun and fright. Enjoy and turn out all the lights, get a snack and watch this amazing horror movie of suspense and terror.

Walt's classic of all his animations and feature films. One of the most memorable villains ever in movie history plays in this film as the evil wicked fairy we all have grown to love. As for thr fearies, they are a joy to watch and quite humerous. Especially when Fauna is trying to make Aurora's cake but closes the cake mix on the eggs. Therefore leaving broken shells in this cake they are wanting to give to their princess. The songs are a wonder to hear, especially Maleficent's eerie music of her appearing on screen. To Prince Phillip battling the dragon, to having the princess grow up and long for her prince to wake her up. Disney at its best peak in my opinion. Walt Disney definitely knew what he was doing when he let Eyvind Earle be the production designer for his film. To give it a rich touch and a new look, from all of his other early works. Also if you look closely its very detailed and the imagery is phenomenal making it a joy to just look at, let alone to watch and enjoy this joyous dream that comes true to your very eyes.

One of the best movies of mine ever. Where do I begin with the good? Its magical, its funny,its suspensful, fun, teary, and a great storyline. Saw it the day it came out with my someone special. Enjoyed it from begenning to end. Michelle Pfeiffer steals the show once more as the evil hideous and magnetic Lamia. Charlie Cox my first movie that I can remember seeing him in, which he did a fantastic job for this role. Claire Danes couldn't have done better. Im beginning to get a soft spot for her in movies, just a wonderful actress. Robert DeNiro, does not mess up here and is as humerous as ever. An incredible narration from Ian and I say we have one hell of a great film that will be loved by for generations. Stardust welcomes you to behold its magic.

Now I have finally seen this space classic. Wow, what a great movie, not only is the movie called Alien for its monster, but for how the movie feels altogether. Something just isn't right, and you expect something to pop out at you when you don't even realize it. Also, when Dallas was in the shafts of the space shuttle. That was absolutely terrifying. The ending trying not to give spoliers. Was very well made, and altogether a loveable film which I consider now one of my favorite movies.

In my opinion should have been nominated and won for best picture for 2006. But that would be asking for a miracle. Hugh and Natalie gave outstanding performances. What a great way to show freedom in a movie, and how to get it. The action sequences are amazing however there aren't many, they are very well done and made. Hugo shows us another fantastic performance of his character without even showing his face. Natalie Portman plays a scared and a coward to becoming a strong character who believes in herself to fight what is right and to know what is wrong and, what she must do to save the world she loves. This movie touched me so much,especially the story of the woman and her lover. When it was over I couldn't believe how great of a film this was, since lately the movie theatres weren't becoming a great thing to go to because the movies weren't even worth to watch. Its still nice to be surprised once in awhile to find a gem. As V says "Freedom Forever!"

Highly entertaining,fun,maniacal masterpice. A movie all over the place however comes out in the end. - I reccomend you watch it at least twice to understand it fully.

Sissy Spacek, Piper Laurie and my favorite William Katt were simply amazing in this 70's horror classic. P.J. Soles was really good as well and is very much memorable in the movie as Norma. Based off of Stephen King's horror book classic, Brain DePalma brings it to life with amazing results. The ultimate payback movie for teens, forget Heathers,Mean Girls, and a favorite of mine Jawbreaker...Carrie is the way to go. Just remember to do unto others as you will have done unto you.

A timeless wonder of all things beautiful and out of the ordinary. As you go on a unforgettable adventure seeking how Helena can help her sick mother and also in return learn how much family means underneath it all.

A deeply scary film, and not a jumpy kind but more of what addiction can do to us if we let it take control of us. Best movie of the year of 2000. The music by the Kronos Courtet..was just simply spooky, gave you that major creepy feeling, that our characters aren't going to get thier happy ending.

Don't just watch it because of Cillian Murphey however you could just do that. Remember like Dawn of the Dead(classic romero) well this time they are no longer slow and hungrier than ever.

Chilling and Bone Tingling! What real horror can do when someone is jealous of someone else. Or in this case her sister Jane.

Tobe Hooper does not let down in this classic. Which is why we told you not to spend the night at the fair and of course the funhouse!. Pure cheesy 80's movie. A few good scares, and I loved the monster. Very creepy,and slobbery,yuck. The acting was very well done and the special effects were very good for a low budget film. Also, I liked how it takes awhile for the fun to begin, lets you know this won't be your average horror film. The best thing of this film, is the music, its just very terrifying and alarming, with a nice classical edge. Watched it Halloween night, and is still a very well done classic.

My very first horror movie that I saw, and still to this day stands out among alot of them. Which says alot since I love horror. Great special effects, loved Blade the most. Known as the ringleader for the little terrors. A great cast, and a nice twist ending. Also, if you enjoy this film, check out all the other sequels it has. Have all of them on DVD. Got it for a Christmas present last year. What a great set they are, by the end of the series, you would be wishing you had your very own cool puppet to be yours. Also, the very first Fullmoon horror film, and continued on the many other wierd and creepy films that we have grown to love cherish and watch again and again. These guys would be great in a haunted house, they are so small and devilish. Also, lots of people would be creeped out by them, and it would be a original idea.

Underwater classic...of the story of a 16yr old mermaid out to discover more of the beyond the sea world.. and falls in love with a human being. Great songs and villianess- Ursula.

Its like your typical movie. 1- set at a private boarding school. 2- the outsider girl wants the most popular stud but yet he never notices it. 3- and that the kids dont want to go to a trip so they have a friend help them out so they dont go. Well that sounds all pretty normal? eh? Not so much because this time he hides you in a world war 2 escape bunker for 3 days till the kids come back. Only this time he never comes back and you are lost forever inside The Hole. Chilling, disturbing and a great mystery.

A Disney light, that should have gotten the recognition it deserves. The story of Taran, a assistant pig keeper, and his dream of becoming a hero, but first he must find the black cauldron, before the Horned King does. Wonderfuly told, and is the continuation of the Chronicles of Prydain the book series. The Horned King, is definitely one of Disney's most scariest villains, and Gurgi one of its funniest. Supposedly was Disney's most darkest animation that they made, so they had to edit out alot of scenes, for it to be shown in theaters. Your Disney collection is not complete without this installment.

What if you could change you're past present and future? Ashton did not annoy me as much and always I have loved Amy Smart.

Two young males finding out where they belong. By one either being gay to the other one thinking he was abducuted by aliens. Truly a Masterpiece.

A beautiiful well written fantasy film of the eternal balance of good and darkness. Definitely way before its time to get the respect that Ridley deserved. Tim Curry and Tom Cruise along with Mia Sara were captivating. A fantasy that you won't forget because it will stay with you. For these are the births of legends. Same director that brought us Gladiator and Alien.

A touching story on adolescence and what they will do in order to fit in. Tracy is only 13. She is a good girl..good grades and all. But she soon finds herself expressing her resentment and anger towards her fractured family, when she meets a more reckless and alluring teenager Evie who takes our loving character down a long and seemingly dark tunnel that she will never get out of. Touching and Effective!

The Monster Squad are back and this time Dracula has come to retrieve a amulet to destroy the word. Also, he brought some friends other monsters from the classic horror franchises. The Goonies meets Saturday the 14th. Not enough loops for this miraculous and unstopping ride full of laughs and scares. Monster Squad is sure to get you going.

Disney's classic tale on King Arthur. Merlin helps Arthur by teaching him the many aspects of life to remember and to endure as he will later in the future be the wonderous and heroic King Arthur. Also, Archimedies every scene with him makes me laugh, the movie would have not been as strong without him. Go Disney! Excited they are finally making a special editon, hitting stores June 17th.

A treasure and Johnny's best movie! A great lovestory of a man born without hands and in place of them lie the scissors, because of his creator dying a early death. Now I remember why we love Danny Elfman so much!

Chihiro is moving with her family and they get lost in this secret world that they venture off to. No Face was the making of this film. Just loved the character as well as the learning of your self while going on such a epic adventure.

Entertaining teen movie on teenagers lifestyles. A start for Julia and Heath who basically steal the show... One girl can go out on a date if her other sister can, but her other sister is just completely rebellious and wont have it, not unless a bet is made so that the other guy can go on a date with his girl.

Excellent sum of what happens to Beatrice and Bill.
Quinton's final chapter to Beatrice's revenge on the assassin's that killed her husband and friends and put her in a coma...AMAZING ACTION SEQUENCES- especially with Darryl Hannah- she has come so far as well as Uma Thurman.

Not all aliens are bad, as you learn in this touching and heartfelt film. A Steven Spielburg out of this world motion picture, of an alien accidently left on earth..and is befriended by a young boy and his family.

A scarefest film full of chills! I remember seeing this in theatres and got goosbumps with Samara coming out of the t.v. Some spooky scenes and basically more of a thriller/mystery then a horror movie which is fine with me.

The touching story is back... and this time with Drew Barrymore as Cinderella! Anjelica plays the evil step-mother marvelously and a whole new version has come to life in this loving and unforgettable fairytale.

Best Batman movie of them all! Michelle as Catwoman steals the show from start to finish. Also, you actually become sympathetic and feel sorry for the poor Penguin. Michael Keaton is and will always be The Batman. Quite possibly the darkest tale in the Batman movies and no one other then Tim Burton with his extraordinary talent and Elfman's amazing score to bring yet the best Batman movie.

A haunting supernatural film of the dead trying to talk with the living. Kevin Bacon is so damn HOT in this movie but anyways.... the mystery of a dead girl trying to connect with the living in order to solve the mystery on how she was murdered. Have you're hairs standing up on the back of you're neck. Dare to watch it alone?

Just when you think you can't laugh anymore. Mel Brooks brings the horror story by Mary Shelley to life in this non-stop hysterical movie with Gene Wilder and Teri Garr. Also the monster as Peter Boyle. This film will have you dying laughing.

The journey begins as we go on to destroy the ring so that Sauron a evil and powerful wizard can't enslave the people of Middle Eath! Non-stop action and effects that will keep you watching til the final climax.But remember this is only part one. The second best story out of all 3 of them.

A movie that you think about when its over. To this day I cant look in a mirror and say Candyman 5 times in the mirror in the dark by myself...just plain out spooky and the music is so dream like that you can't tell what is make believe or reality. A gem of its own kind.

Dazzling and Touching! Devon is a 10 yr old girl who does not fit in with girls around her own age. So she finds a new friend Trent. Trent mows the estate's lawns and their friendship evolves but its quite obvious the residents won't like it or think its cute. Saw it again about 2 days ago, and was very touched, better than I remembered it. Acting is top notch,characters music. Just when you think you know whats going to happen next, you get swept away by something you didn't see to happen. Like I said before "Dazzling."

About a wacky inventor creating a very special car. Hence the title of this production. Full of laughs and fun.. Songs of all sorts to enjoy as well as scary elements - The Child Catcher.

Perfectly Delightful! One of the best 4 hours you can spend by watching a epic classic.Vivien Leigh is a perfect portrayal of the beautiful and willful Southern bell Scarlett O'Hara.

A perfect movie on pirates ;) Seeing both of them, I was dissapointed in the second one. But this one was fresh and new. Also, Johnny's acting seeing him play Jack Sparrow should have won him a oscar for this movie. Geoffrey could not be a better villain. Keira Knightley a great heroine alongside with Orlando Bloom as the dashing hero who didn't do to bad either. Stunning visual effects and action sequences. "Yo ho a pirate's life for me"

A cult masterpiece of song and horror.The longest movie to ever play in a theatre. Tim Curry is known for roles as Pennywise in IT and Darkness from Legend. But more fans know him as Frank N Furter- the transvestite doctor from the planet Transexual. Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick also star in this. Plain out nutty and all over but you will find you're self singing these songs even when the movie ends. Don't be obscured its perfection. Its The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

A touching story on someones inner beauty. If you can't shed a tear at the end then you have no soul. Wonderfully made and undoubtly Cher's best movie.

Disturbing film on all levels but a well done masterpiece. Malcom plays a malevolent punk and leads his gang on ultra-violent assualts,rapes and deaths but this time he gets captured by the authorities. Which he is subjected to a nasty behavior-modification therapy to show others on how this can change Alex from a devious and malicious human being. So that way he will be able to go back in the world feeling regret and guilt on his past doings. Not for the faint of heart ! Some parts are extremely disturbing.

A classic on our favorite under water monster.The score is what makes this movie a powerful and still a scary movie. Good story and a excellent creature costume for the time that it was made. Enjoy this captivating horror piece.

The Phantoms Classic Horror movie but this time with sound and color. A instant classic in the universal monster collection. Don't Miss it.

The movie is insane- and the cast is just perfect! Chevy and Demi Moore are a hoot together. But it all goes to Dan Aykroyd and John Candy for making this movie to be one of the funniest films ever.

Damn one hell of a hit all around movie- full of fun and twists- this one will definitely make you beg for more. Love you Helen Mirren and Katie Holmes and Marisa Coughlan.

Loved it ! It was a great chilling ghost story. Had me in my seat waiting to see where Mary Shaw would strike back next. The unrated dvd is amazing- haha I love the big tongue thing that was new. Plus the story made more sense then the theatrical version. The beginning was flawless and I loved the music by Charlie Clouser same guy who did the Saw music for those movies.
For all the Saw movie fans, not nearly as gory, But just a good old ghost story. Whatever you do - DON'T SCREAM! ;)

Pure genius - a horror movie that saves other horror movies that look cheesy but turn out to be a cult classic. Just one all fucked up ride. Twists and turns, loops and sideways. This movie is all over the place but thats what makes it a keeper a new original idea of a killer killing you on Halloween and putting you out on display for show. Amanda Plummer is simply fun to watch in this low-budget movie but the fun is all around in this one. ENJOY!

Alicia is a dazzling achievement in this film about well the based fact of exactly how clueless one can get - to get want they want, need or most important find true love. Every teens best movie or on their list. A cult classic on basics of learning on who we are and what it takes for us to learn the real us and everyone else. Like the learning of highschool,clothes and oh yea boys. Enjoy Clueless its a great movie. Um Duh :)

Loved it so much! What I think what makes this movie so good, is that you actually get to know the characters care for them and just knowing something will be lurking for them in the depths below. At first it seems like it will be a drama of 6 girls in their lifes exploring the cave and just having a nice normal journey, but we know thats not in the case or it would have not been put in the horror section. Neil Marshall I salute you for bringing this new and ingenious horror to our eyes.

A great idea of showing what people want to believe. A puzzle that plays on the mind. Dramatic and has the comedy feel. All of the actors did well especially, Rachel Roberts who played the digital S1m0ne. Also, a way to show that technology is developing so much, that pretty soon you won't be able to tell real people from others being computer digitized. To tv commercials, to banners. to anything that remotes to the television or computer. A just feel good type of movie...

Love this movie! Glad I finally have it recorded. A great Disney movie,especially on the tale of the boogeyman and to believe in things that aren't so real to protect you. Join Larry,Francis, as they embark you on a ride, to find out about what exactly is going on in their town and why all the strange mishaps and occurences. Excellent, when I saw it again last Saturday on Disney Channel, it felt like I was 12 years old again. Great acting,costumes,script, and a nice ending that won't keep our viewers with a question mark at the end.

Finally flixster put this one on here. Now before you see this watch the first movie "Subspecies". Good, but not great but this one is more than great. This is when we finally get more of a story on our favorite vampire the legendary Radu. After having his bloodstone stolen from what he calls "his fledging". Michelle flees not knowing that changes are happening to her, and that she can never go back to her dear life that she once held. A awesome continuation to our fullmoon vampire. One of the best vampire movies I have ever seen. When Fullmoon was creative this is what came out- a cult classic. Own these dvds, ordered them off Amazon from Australia. If anyone was wondering where to get them look on Amazon.

A dark fairytale has risen and it couldn't have been better. The acting is top notch, the graphics are so beautiful you feel like you are dreaming. Many would say its a twist and a gothic fairytale from Alice In Wonderland but I personally think its a mix of both also a little bit more to create its own original fairytale. Love the music, wouldn't mind getting the soundtrack. I also, can't see everyone enjoying this movie,simply because they don't have the patience to read the subtitles or just won't understand it. But its a beautiful dark tale with a nice twist that will surely get you touched by the main character. Enjoy this foreign mystical fantasy.

I have just bought this and the other classic 4 fullmoon movies for vol 2 collection. Anyways I love B horror movies, and I love Fullmoon. So I am willing to give this movie a chance :)= I hope I am not dissapointed.



I just saw this film. it came in yesterday. Anyways guys you should definitely see this movie, its alot of fun. Nice creature effects, and its pretty hard to find. Only a few were made, try AMAZON. But one of my favorites by FULLMOON. Thank you for not letting me down on this one. :)

Where must I begin? The story was simply amazing. Good decent acting, especially by Angela Featherstone, who plays our dark princess. A demonic love story that you can't help but watch til the very end. One of my Fullmoon favorites.

This time has something to with a witch and her revenge, for the kids staying for the night, their parents that persecuted her. Love the monster effects, cheesey acting, but hey its actually very entertaining. Loads of fun, and one of FULLMOON's last greatest atemps on making a great horror movie. Check it out!

I really had a great time watching this magic movie last night. Since, when it was in theaters I wanted to see it, but things just come up, when you can't always see a movie you want to see. Emma Thompson portrays Nanny McPhee quite nicely. As well for her acting, her appearence makes her look ghastly but deep down, you can tell its our beautiful Emma Thompson. The ending is what made this movie, what a fantasic ending to a well thought of film that is based on the book.

Looks like something that I will love. Especially the eerie music and love the cover art for the poster of the film.

I also love everything that Shannon Sossamon does. Not only is she gorgeous she acts exceptionally well!



Finally saw this, and where do I begin? I just absolutely loved it. It was suspenseful, well made, great acting, good direction, and a nice few surpries for you. Way to go for making a horror movie, that the makers should feel relieved. I loved it so much, I rank it up with The Descent & Dead Silence which are also my recent horror favorites.

I just finally saw the preview, well previews of this. And its a ingenious scrpt. Strangers attacking a house, just because you were home? Wow, and just look how the world is now, anything can happen. I think this will definitely bring a lot of people the chill and thrills. WAY TO GO!

Saw it just Saturday, it was a very well done made movie. The audience was silent until the first scare, with Liv home all alone. Anyways I did not want to be dissapointed, and I surely wasn't clearly one of the best horror movies ever to be made- and remember this is based on true events. Don't be looking for a happy ending now. Looking for fun, and intense thrills and chills I decide for you to give it a go. Could be more frightening to watch it at home, you know since you are home. Wait did I say that? Anyways guys give it a try :D

Meryl Streep plays the "Dragon Lady" quite wickedly and is full of fun and very umpredicatable not knowing on what she will do or say next. Anne shows us that she has grown up in her acting carrer shining all through this film.

Finally received this OOP movie on DVD from Amazon. Anyways I watched it again after 7 years. And I still loved it. Sean Young as Helen Hyde was unstoppable as the evil yet sexy seductress. Special Effects not bad, and the acting was funny. Timothy Daly was pretty good as well. If you like bizarre movies, and things you don't expect to happen. Funny, witty and a good way to just relax and enjoy this fun romp of wackiness and craziness. Its sure to keep you entertained.

A pretty good movie from the comics- a little bit more character development and some more better acting on cages part- and it would have been perfect.

Full of wonder that brings scares and laughs.

Well I finally saw this movie again since its been like 8-10 years ago. I honestly really enjoyed it more than I did then I did when I was younger. Reason why only 4 stars, a great movie, good dialouge, witty scenes and awesome effects. However I was wanting to see more of Gozer. I mean that was one awesome ass villain. Gozer was on screen for about 5 minutes if that. I loved Sigourney, made me laugh when she was possesed and Rick Moranis. I loved how the dogs looked, they were made so well they looked very riveting and full of life. Billy Murray is easily the funniest characters in this entire movie. Definitely alot of fun and some pretty scary scenes. Oh, lets not forget Mr Stay Pufft. Marshmallows will never be the same again.

Definitely want to see this. I loved the preview, never heard of it until I saw the trailer. Heard its a great broadway play. Love anything with Johnny also Helena and Alan Rickman are all great actors.

Wow I enjoyed this movie so much, to the singing, the acting of both Johnny's and Helena's. Great cinemetography, a great story and depressing story about his lovely girl Joanna. I enjoyed seeing it around Christmas time. A favolrite musical of mine.

This movie was pretty damn good actually- its slow paced though- the monster was actually pretty damn freaky- a mix of creeper and pumpkinhead.

A Astounding film off of the George Washington Irving book. Johnny and Christina deliver it to us from the tale of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", but this time it has a whole new twist, and of course Tim Burton's touch and a new musical haunting score played by of course none other the god of composers, Danny Elfman.

One of my all time favorites that I forgotten about. But now I have discovered this treasure of a movie. Ryan ends up learning on how to help others and gain confidence in one's self to stop a evil warrior from taking over and being the ruler of the world. Great action effects for a kid movie.

A very amazing movie by Pixar. Where as I am not that huge of a fan of their movies. I may have to start to become one since I was so much bewildered by this magical journey. About a robot who has been alone for 700 years and isn't alone anymore. Finds Eve a life long friend, and companion which quickly becomes a romantic interest. A truly touching and amazing motion picture. Join WALL-E on his quest to find out what he was really mean't for. Full of laughs, thrills and tears. Wall-E will be sure to keep you begging for more. 2008 Definitely has speed this year with the movies!

A very powerful movie. Astounding performances by Christina Ricci and Samuel L. Jackson. When I first heard about this movie, the only reason I wanted to see it was because I was thinking to myself, how do they make a movie about a girl being chained by a man? However I was very surprised with its turnout. Its a very strong movie in my opinion. I mean we have this girl who basically gets screwed by every male in her town. A mother who let her bf do something to her daughter at a younger age. Samuels wife cheating on him with his brother. Justin with his severe anxiety issues. It was a amazing motion picture, because he wanted to make someone feel good about themself beautiful in and out. The most touching performance would have to be when Christina confronts her mother in the grocery store, I mean that was just simply heart stopping. Christina has sure come a long way with her acting. She has just become even that more of something to watch and enjoy on the big screen, not to mention shes beautiful. I was hoping that Justin would not have a huge part, since I think hes such a terrible actor, but he actually did pretty ok, the movie made me feel sorry for his character and it worked. Samuel had that same attitude I won't take shit from no one, but this time it actually worked for once. Like a movie with unstoppable turns and just surpises out there, go watch this.

I really did enjoy this film. It was just alot of fun. Good mix of all kinds of fun and mayhem into it. Its not gory a few here and there, but not excessive. The scares are there, especialy in the story of Tabitha. Dealing with mr you know who on the cover. The movie was definitely just a fun film. People need to stop hating on this. Turn off the lights and turn up the fear :)
