Plot: Adapted from a best-selling novel, this Swedish drama follows rebellious teenager Erik (Andreas Wilson) as he's expelled from high school for fighting and sent to the prestigious Stjärsnberg Academy.Having endured many beatings from his father, Erik is dismayed to face a similar threat from the academy's senior students, who bully the younger ones mercilessly. But this time, Erik is determined not to crack and lash out in violence.posted 480 days ago -

I recommend you see...A well done Indi film that is based on a true story with some tense moments. What makes the film scary is to know this could happen to any family which is a sad reality.
Plot: On a secluded family farm, a mother suffers a psychotic break due to postpartum depression, forcing the eldest son to protect his sibling from the mother they have always known and loved.posted 487 days ago -
I recommend you see...I liked Amenabar's Mar Adentro, but it really isn't necessary to watch because this one is way better. It's more powerful, and it's not just a proeuthanasia film but also an antiwar one. And luckily the proeuthanasia part is not as obvious as in Mar Adentro. I hate that only one of my Flixster "friends" has rated it. Everybody should watch Johnny got his gun. With a better director it could've been a perfect movie. Well, I didn't like the (brief) religious message either, but that's subjective. Eeh... I wrote more than intended, but that's it anyway. You should really see this.

Home Sick
by JunyA very gory & gruesome film. The film has plenty of gory scenes but it doesn't necessarily means that the film is any good.I didn't get it!,Totally clueless of what was going on.The characters, plot & some scenarios were so mediocre, bizarre & annoying.I really couldn't wait for this film to be over.A low budget slasher flick that goes over the top & doesn't make any sense.

I recommend you see...According to JoBlo, Robert Englund was on the radio program "Loveline" and revealed that there may be a new Freddy Kruger film and that they will possibly be hiring Billy Bob Thornton for the gig.
Englund says it is rumored that Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes production company has been tossing around the idea of a remake for quite some time now.
Englund states that he wouldn't be against being replaced by Thornton, and that he would like to see some better dream sequences with a higher budget.

The Dark Knight
by AlexAmazing. It seems kind of difficult to make a superhero movie something more than just that, but Nolan made it. Oldman, Eckhart and of course Ledger helped him a lot, obviously. The constant climax, the Joker, the darkness, the unpredictability, the action scenes, the Joker, the little references to the comic books' readers, the sadistic and ironic humor, the portrait of today's society's fears, the Joker... everything is perfect. Well, everything except Eckhart's character evolution and a really Deus ex machina moment that actually made me feel really good, but still... Anyway, not just the best superhero movie ever but also the best action movie ever. I said. Though I'm just very afraid of the more-than-probable sequel. I trust you, Mr. Nolan.
