far superior to the original and is perfect in every single sense of the word!the music i just cant stop listening to!john travolta is absolutly amazing and hilarious as edna and walks all over Divines origianl Edna!Nikki Blonsky is in for alot of buzz as Tracy in her heel stomping show stopping performance!Michelle Pfeiffer takes a fantastically bitchy turn!Amanda Bynes steps out of her teen comedy comfort zone and really shines!Elijah kelley like Nikki is an amazing newcomer!Queen Latifah is also showstopping!Zac Efron shows off his skills for once as his first acting turn since the cheesefest high school musical!Another surprising turn is James Marsden as Corny!who knew he could sing and so well!and Brittany Snow is actually pretty good and also steps out of her teen and kid comedy comfort zone!this is a showstopping unmissable movie!

Definitly one of the cheesiest movies ever but its a film that knows it and embraces it.absolutly amazing songs and dancing that are so broadway.so cute characters and a great story.though the film is aimed at the teenie boppers,i have to say i try to steer clear of disney but this made me love disney all over again.a must see for all willing to open their hearts to an amazing film!
