Bio: A long-nosed character comedian from Australia, in Hollywood from around 1924, John T. Murray was the husband of buxom comedian Vivian Oakland, with whom he appeared in scores of two-reel comedies, including Andy Clyde's Mr. Clyde Goes to Broadway (1940). Earlier, Murray had played the notorious Jack the Kisser, to whom poor Andy was handcuffed in Caught in the Act… More
