, 62% Audience Score- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThis was a solid movie on the family dynamics and the setup to get people acquainted with each of the families in the town that is hit by a massive tornado. It wasn't as good as something like Twister where a major disaster film is concerned on the aspect of the characters being invested in storm chasing but rather about how families and communities assaulted by mother nature's fury can work together to overcome it and what it looks like when a community is wiped to the ground by a destructive and unstoppable force.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIncredibly realistic, the most true-to-life portrayal of an EF5 tornado striking a small American town that I've ever seen, and filled with life-saving tornado safety advice at the same time. Deeply moving, a must-watch for any weather enthusiast.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe plot was very formulaic. Introduce a group of individuals whose lives intersect then put them all in a horrific situation in the last few minutes of the movie. This gives the script writers an entire movie to develop one dimensional caricatures designed to make a social statement. Did enjoy the cars under the overpass scene however.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe script was so-so. The acting was so-so. The religious undertones made it even worse.
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsNot very family friendly so I can’t recommend this one James Welch, Henderson, Arkansas November 13, 2023
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsVery poorly written and especially acted movie. Not worth the time nor trouble to view. Over dramatized scenes and of course they have to throw in some "woke" scenes to make it more interesting. After watching 15 minutes of this in the middle I had to turn it off and switch to something else it was so bad.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHit me in the feels, being a tornado survivor, this was the most accurate description. This movie even did CPR accurately, which I'm a nurse. Very informational movie, and very accurate.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThis film was chock-full of small town stereotypes, half handed shots at conservative beliefs, definite biases hidden in a "tornado" film. Climax left me feeling like I should have only watched the last 13 minutes of the film.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsSolid disaster flick
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSuper intense!! Had me on the edge on my chair!! I am extremely picky about movies. The rating in this is definitely shocking!!! 10/10 for me.
