This movie has some good elements. I like that Zombie takes the concept and continues it without rehashing too much, or trading too much off the prior films. That being said, this one is not great as a stand alone project. It works as the viewers desire to see a conclusion to the Firefly trilogy. The filmmaking is still strong. The Direction, editing, and Cinematography are still of the quality you expect from Rob Zombie- who has established himself as an adept filmmaker. The images are graphic and this is still day and gross. It has morphed from a horror film to an outlaw film and the danger is relating too much to the stars, who are the worst kind of evil. This trilogy is epic filmmaking and the three films work really well together.

Basically the same thing as Devil's Rejects but worse. The conclusion of the second film was the perfect way to end the Firefly family story, so this film felt like an unneeded addition. The lack of Sid Haig also took away some of the charm in this film. The movie was still enjoyable and watchable, just not nearly as good as the last two films.

it was nothing more then a pass time indeed, the formula is wearing off and the fact that captain Spaulding was not even part of it, made a lot less more interesting to see.

AWESOME FILM...Stay attentive...Not really what I expect from Rob Zombie, of course I expect ALOT more from his imagination of how he can pull attention 100% not only on film but music as well....

It's an idiotic movie by Rob Zombie. It's a huge mess with bad acting, bad CGI effects, and no plot/storyline. Yet, miraculously, it still managed to be wildly entertaining and keep my interest for almost 2 hours. I am very surprised that I didn't switch off this mess or watch something else, despite the serious mediocrity of this movie. So, it's definitely entertaining and will pass the time. It's just a very low quality movie, on all levels.

Whilst I found the film to be rather over the top in its portrayal of violence (to the point where the plot was secondary to the atrocious acts of violence portrayed) I did find the film to be completely fascinating. Its bending of the rules (bad guys win) and its play on 70s decade features, cars, record players, decoration, fashion, and music with a hint of cartoon humor was, to say the least compelling. I have sat through many major horrors over all decades so when it comes to nastiness I have the map, this one was off the scale and no compass could predict the twists that came and went. I am not suggesting that I like this movie, by the way, it cannot hold a tealight to films such as The Exorcist but for modern horror, it has all the right punch in all the right places. That's if, of course, you dare to stand in the ring in the first place. Dodge or take the hit. That's your choice.

If you are a hard core Rob Zombie fan and want to support his efforts give it a watch. Should have stopped making these after the first one, or at least the second one. I always feel like I'm watching the same thing over and over with these movies. Acting from Bill Moseley is the best thing, aside from Dee Wallace, about this film.

Really, it got on the list of the worst movies i've ever seen. I am very disapointed to be more then 2 hours watching that. They needed paying me to had being watched this poor production and to that even most poor story. Bad, bad, bad movie.

Ugh. I did not enjoy this at all. All the things that I didn't like about the previous two films, House of 1000 Corpses (2003) and The Devil's Rejects (2005) are back again but this time it has aged really badly. The format is three unlikeable antiheroes going around killing people for no real reason. This time the violence is fairly implied with lots of blood splattering around and CGI blood. Please can filmmakers stop using CGI for gore and violence in horror films, it really takes away from the impact. There is no gore to speak of. No story. No characters except the evil 3 from hell. Seriously, how does this lack of imagination even get made?
