Annabelle 2014 and Annabelle Creation are way better, but it's scarier than the 2014 film for some reason (Werewolf scene 🤣) definitely need of a new one BUT Dead Silence style and with a well constructed soundtrack and written story.

"Annabelle Comes Home" is like a rollercoaster ride through a haunted house, and I'm here for every heart-pounding moment of it! Directed by Gary Dauberman, this movie takes the scares up a notch, introducing us to a whole new level of supernatural terror in the Conjuring universe. So let's dive into the spooky shenanigans that go down with Annabelle Comes Home, shall we? First off, let's talk about the setup. We've got Judy Warren, the daughter of demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren, and her babysitter Mary Ellen. The Warrens are off doing their demon-fighting thing, leaving Judy in Mary Ellen's care. And that's when things start to go sideways.Enter Daniela, Mary Ellen's friend who's a total thrill seeker. She's itching to explore the Warrens' artifact room, where they keep all their creepy cursed objects, including the infamous Annabelle doll. Of course, being the curious cat that she is, Daniela just can't resist poking around where she shouldn't.And that's when all hell breaks loose literally. Daniela's little exploration sets off a chain reaction of supernatural chaos, unleashing a horde of malevolent spirits that turn the Warrens' home into a haunted house from hell. From the ghostly Ferryman to the Bride straight out of your worst nightmares, these entities are not messing around. Now, let's talk scares. "Annabelle Comes Home" is a masterclass in building tension and delivering spine-tingling thrills. Every creaky floorboard, every flickering light, every shadowy corner,it all adds to the atmosphere of dread and anticipation. And when those jump scares hit, they hit hard. I'm talking heart in your throat, scream at the top of your lungs kind of scares that'll have you jumping out of your seat. But here's the thing that sets this movie apart, it's not just about the scares. Sure, the supernatural stuff is cool and all, but what really makes "Annabelle Comes Home" shine is its heart. At its core, it's a story about friendship, courage, and facing your fears head-on.Judy, Mary Ellen, and Daniela may be up against some seriously spooky stuff, but they refuse to back down. They band together, relying on each other's strengths and bravery to survive the night. And it's that sense of camaraderie and resilience that makes their journey so compelling to watch.Plus, the characters themselves are relatable and likable, which makes you root for them even more. Judy's innocence and unwavering belief in the good, Mary Ellen's steadfastness and loyalty, and Daniela's guilt and determination to make things right, they all add depth and humanity to the story. And let's not forget about the Warrens themselves. Even though they're not around for most of the movie, their presence looms large over everything. Their artifacts, their legacy, their unwavering dedication to fighting evil-it's all woven into the fabric of the story, adding an extra layer of depth and intrigue. In the end, "Annabelle Comes Home" is a wild, spooky, and downright fun ride from start to finish. With its pulse-pounding scares, engaging characters, and heartfelt story, it's a must-watch for horror fans looking for a good scare and a good time. So grab your popcorn, turn off the lights, and prepare to be scared out of your wits. "Annabelle comes home" is one wild ride that you won't soon forget.Just make sure to keep the lights on and maybe sleep with one eye open-you'll never know what might be lurking in the shadows.

I'm not going to lie, my expectations for this movie were quite low. Even with my genuine surprise and enjoyment I got from Annabelle Creation, you always got to remember the first Annabelle movie which I think is really bad, so I was conflicted. This movie however, was also surprising, only a little bit, and I did end up getting more enjoyment out of this movie than I expected. But yes this does have it's issues, for instance, at times I felt this was slightly losing track, because this movie slowly jut divided into many plots, many storylines, and you're going back and forth, and honestly it does get tiring. I felt that there were some gaps throughout the story, just small ones but slightly noticeable. Also the ending for me was quite anticlimactic. But in the end I still had some fun with this movie, I can honestly say that this is not a bad movie, and it was a breathe of fresh air after seeing The Nun and The Curse of La Llorona, so yeah I think this was an ok movie.

Felt more like a Halloween kids movie. Couldn't decide on a ghost. The priest was a whack storyline lazily thrown into the movie. Only one or two scenes were scary but were ruined by bad acting. So disappointed in the franchise

I'm beginning to believe that the conjuring franchise is the Harry Potter for adults with dementia! They lost me when the werewolf appeared.
