Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom

Far from bad but also far from great, this sequel is pretty underwhelming & tonally all over the place, trying to be both a gripping & tense science fantasy thriller while juggling buddy-cop comedy beats. Still, it's at the very least an entertaining time with great leads.

I gave up after 50 minutes. I ADORE Jason Mamoa, but even this alone makes me reconsider that. Who on earth approved this script should be deeply embarrassed. Not to knock on ADHD people, but this movie definitely feels like it was written/directed by one. NOTHING made sense. *grumbles at the wasted time*

Very forgettable, and the CGI was horrible. A college student could do better on his thrift store laptop with blender. I can't say this enough, the CGI was that of late 2000s quality. All the money went into paying the actors, and rushing artists with impossible deadlines and underpaying them.

Here we have yet another disappointing Aquaman movie that has a main character is an even bigger jerkbag than he was in the first movie. Aquaman acts way too much like an asshole in this movie. & that doesn’t really make it watchable. The villains are also lame and the action is pretty lackluster despite being fun to see at times. I didn’t like the first movie. & not surprisingly this one wasn’t any good either.

I really like Mamoa, but this movie is ridiculous.

I enjoyed it. Maybe not quite as good as the first Aquaman, but awfully close to it. Always love seeing Jason Momoa's charm as the king of Atlantis and the adventures he goes on. Didn't really blow me away, but nothing against this film. Thought it was one of the better DCEU films as their franchise comes to an end.

Very bad, after 30 minutes I gave up. And the first one was so good, so I don't understand why this one is so bad!

They played with studio’s money, that’s all imma say 😂

I feel like the movie was over criticised like most superhero movies these days. It looked amazing and the story and characters were great. Visuals were phenomenal even if there was some below par CGI here and there.

Good background movie, when you do some house cleaning. You wont get angry when interupted.
