I'm going to see it again for the first time in theatres everywhere!

First, wrong choice of actor, I read the book series to my kids, that's not Fowl, not the face that almost sounds ghostly, long and scary lol. Something was missing, that magical side of the series.

So boring man. Also the plot makes no sense and the characters are so 1-dimensional

While this movie had the potential to be a blockbuster, it never really delivers. One of the most disappointing parts of this movie was the change to the Irish Blessing. Does Disney always have to irritate their Christian audience?

I would rather be painfully constipated for two hours than watch this again

I was going to give Artemis Fowl a one star rating because some of the CGI is decent (key word: some of), but I don't think a couple of good looking scenes can make up for how bad this movie is. The acting is horrible, the writing is abysmal, the editing is clunky, and it's one of the most boring movies I've seen in a while. I've heard some people say it's their least favorite Disney and I could easily see why.

This movie review is not actually for Artemis Fowl. It's actually for Abbot and Costello: The Christmas Show. I can't write a review for Abbot and Costello: The Christmas Show on Rotten Tomatoes, so I'm writing it in Artemis Fowl. I will actually write the review for Abbot and Costello: The Christmas Show and Artemis Fowl. First is the Abbot and Costello: The Christmas Show. Abbot and Costello: The Christmas Show was an amazing movie. The movie had more old adds and side shows than Abbot and Costello time ( you know ). The Christmas Show was a really funny movie, and guess what? I LOVE comedy!! The Christmas Show was actually a visit on the Colgate ( Yes, the Tooth Paste brand ) Hour Long Show. I never watched the Abbot and Costello Show, but I'm sure this is like it a lot. What a good movie. I give it a 78%. Now I will do the Artemis Fowl review. Artemis Fowl was an amazing movie. I watched it kind of a long time ago, and I thought it was pretty good. I never read the book, so that might change my rating, but I thought Artemis Fowl was pretty good. Artemis Fowl was a interesting movie too. What I don't understand is how this movie got such low ratings. 8%🍀 for critics and a 20%🍿 for audience are horrible scores. Why is this movie soo underrated. This movie doesn't deserve such low ratings. This movie needs higher rating. What a good movie.

You thought you had the next Harry Potter right? Oh sweet summer child, how wrong you where. While the movie is OK, the leads are just horrible miscast. Artemis and his bodyguard are terrible, and do not fit the image of the books at all. For me they ruined the movie.

The movie itself paints the main protagonist as highly unlikable. He seems to "know" what to do whenever the plot demands it. He captures a elf and holds her hostage, and instead of the other elves just leaving her behind (which is the better option), they spend way too much time and effort for one girl who remains useless throughout the movie until the end. I know I said elves, but that's because it just feels like elves with fancy tech and nothing else. Josh Gad's presence in the movie prevents me from giving it one star, because he's trying so hard to make it work. I feel bad for him, and the main protagonist's actor. Overall, I would say that unless you want to be frustrated by the end, it just ends up being a boring and uninteresting movie.
