The Christmas episode of The Chosen continues what makes the show so good by telling stories that stay faithful to the scriptures while adding in just enough to make a compelling story. This is just a brilliant watch.

A welcome night out, and happily surprised both by the concert and the episode.

There wasn't much of a movie. Less than 30 minutes and it didn't really give you the feeling that any one was in danger from the soldiers looking for the King of the Jews. It was confusing seeing the grown up Mary and the young Mary. Would have MUCH rathered movie content verses singing and interviews. Disappointed I spent over 50.00 for my family to see something that was not much of anything. Especially knowing it was from The Chosen. I expected much, much more content.

The beginning made me take off 1 and a half stars. When all of the music videos played, I felt like I could've watched them at home. However, the movie section of the birth of Jesus was great.

The short film of the birth of Jesus is up to the high standards of the series. The musical performances are excellent. I was very satisfied with the overall presentation, which was inspired and filled with the Christmas spirit.
