City Hunter: .357 Magnum

I am a fan of the City Hunter franchise. The City Hunter is funny but can get annoying at times when he thinks with his pants. But when he does his job, he's bad ass. It has plenty of action and comedy. A good intro to the City Hunter universe.

I like this City Hunter movie better than the last one I saw (which actually came out after this one), only because it paid more attention to the relationship between Roy and Kaori. Otherwise, the plot is fairly predictable.
