- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBest sci-fi movie for 2024. The outstanding sequel even you didn’t watch DUNE Part1 before. Waiting for the next sequel.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt was sooooooo good, I left the theatre with sand in my shoes.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best movie I've ever seen. If I thought the Dune 2021 was a 4.5/5, Dune 2 would be a 5. Dune 2 improves on everything good about the Dune 2021: the visuals, the music, the acting, the action. Minute gripes that I had with the original movie are patched, where slow diaglous scenes are filled with action or triumph speeches. Scenes like the Harkonnens take flight or the worm scene display one of Dune's best points of sound design.
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsWhile not being a total 5 stars. This film is definitely worth your time in the surreal mind of Denis Villenvue. The cast is jam-packed with A tier and some S tier actors who truly show why they are famous with blowing acting worthy of numerous academy awards. While I believe that it may have competition with the upcoming Gladiator 2, let’s address the elephant in the room; the Cinematography and Visual effects are the best we will see in quite some time, I always respect great films but I worship those who look good doing it. the film manages to introduce new aspects not talked about in part one while not wasting anytime, I believe the action was interesting (I’ve watched too much John Wick, so fight scenes look weird when it’s not martial arts) and the climax is amazing. Although it is a film still left unfinished for the final instalment. Finally, Get Timothee Chalamet that Oscar!!!
