Vertigo-inducing set pieces help shape Korean disaster movie "Exit" and its distinctive threat into a simplistically digestible and ultimately predictable big-budget outing with a slight edge.

Audiences will have to decide very early on whether to willingly disregard logic and just go with it, or strap in for an exasperating couple of hours.

Exit's mix of action, romance, cornball comedy and epic stunts is one big adrenaline rush.

This is a movie that really fundamentally gets how disaster movies aren't about the spectacle or the tacked on romance or the backstory, but all the delightful problem solving.

Both Yoona and Cho acted well in Exit, but their characters were not given much of a chance to develop as individuals or as a couple over the course of the film

For every flaw, the flick had many more enjoyable elements.
