Extra Ordinary

This is one of my favourites, it's a wry and dry sort of funny and the character profiles are really strong and quirky. Definitely worth watching!

A wonderful and poignant dark comedy with romantic elements but also some light horror. A must-see!

I don't find any extra ordinary for this rubbish brit horror comedy.

For a movie about the supernatural and occult, there is plenty of charm in this dark and off-kilter comedy.

It's definitely silly, but I had a fair amount of trouble wanting to pay attention. The cast works quite well together but I don't think this one will live long in my memory bank.

Quirky comedy feels like an attempt to channel a combination of ‘Shaun Of The Dead’ & ‘What We Do In The Shadows’. And while not without its own unique charm & fun sense of humour, the script is a little light & a tad rushed. #nitrosMovieChallenge

Maybe it's just me, but the actors said so much in a very short time, that with their English accents, I could not understand all the little jokes and quite frankly even the big jokes. The bad guy reminded me of Terry Thomas in the Great Race. I did not have any sympathy for any of the characters at all. I guess I never could understand slap stick humor. Thus my rating of *2* stars!!

Meh. I've heard and enjoyed Maeve Higgins on some (comedy) podcasts so I wanted to give her acting attempt a look. Oh well, you can't win em all.
