I have a fear of heights and this movie played on that. Even watching on a smaller tv this movie had me nervous from the get go. Pretty good.

Sim. Emocionada? Com certeza. Mas afrontosa e burra também...

All the climbing scenes effectively portrayed the absolute fear of falling, but everything else, from the emotional connection to the characters to the writing, felt overly cheesy, unbelievable, and kind of corny.

It was not overly bad nor good. I just thought it Lacked at portraying a Story, meaning it felt plain and incomplete.

    Very tense and intense.

Two experienced climbers with one bicycle bottle of water (24 oz at best), no outerwear or hats (shorts and tank tops), makeup and false eyelashes climbing a 2000 ft tower in the full sun desert where it can get above 115˚ on summer days and below freezing at night in winter? Sorry, I can't get past all that. Where's the technical advisor? Guess they didn't want realism to get in the way of an overly melodramatic and unimaginative script. It's kinda slow as well. There's some good acting, cinematography and effects though. It's just barely not a waste of time.
