Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa

I actually like this movie and i think it wrapped up the 2003 fullmetal alchemist series very well.

A very solid series finale of the original anime with a unique spin, beautiful animation and enough fanfare for fans that it will leave you satisfied.

This animation spectacle is an amazing final chapter to the Fullmetal Alchemist anime series that has a story that will grip seties-long fans by the heart and tug real hard and leave them happy.

Disappointment, especially since I watched it after the anime series FMA: Brotherhood and the movie is actually the continuation of the original series (FMA) which is having a different story flow. Still could have been good as the plot premises are nice, it's the execution which is the problem, it's substandard as compared to the series. The script and animation are terrible. The only good stuff is Bradley and Mustang's cameo. It does ties up the end of original FMA series but let's face it, even that had a horrible ending. It's only meant for a person who has seen the anime series and not as a watch alone movie.

People tend to dismiss this movie and the first anime, but I find it enjoyable and the story and animation flow better than The Star of Milos. And while the ending isn't particularly liked either, it's a touching send-off to the original series.

Incredible way to expound upon the ending to the first anime. The inclusion of our world was a major - HUMONGOUS is the word - additional feature to the universe, and it's the movie everyone never knew they needed. It ties up a few loose ends and keeps some of the ever ongoing charm while operating under some of the most brutal and depressing events the characters have gone through.

i loved this movie, our hero pipsqeak came back for one last battle. 18 years old and hot ! it had a little of history and was interesting
