My favorite Halloween movie, an absolute classic!!!! ICONIC

Predictable storyline and an overall campy performance from Midler, Parker and Najimy. Also, the main character is shunned constantly for being pure/untouched. Who's the intended demographic? Because, it definitely is NOT kids.

This movie is always a classic, especially on the big screen. Fantastic acting, good story and as my little girl would say it has a cat. That's all you need.

Very good movie love the costuming and the story really didn’t like Dani though , she was annoying

Underrated halloween disney film

If "the three stooges" were witches, they would be the Sanderson sisters. Works creatively with something as typical as witches who prey on children, delivering silly humor and interesting characters like the cat and Billy the zombie, both with tragic stories. It's nostalgic because it was shown every Halloween and Sarah was a childhood crush.

A pesar de no ser una de las mejores películas de acción viva de Disney, es un clásico memorable como otras producciones de ese tipo que Disney hizo en el pasado. Si bien, Disney ya no hace películas así porque la mayoría son algo inferiores en comparación con los proyectos animados de Disney, muchas de estas películas de acción viva ahora son clásicos u obras de culto y Hocus Pocus entra en dicha categoría. David Kirschner (creador de Child's Play) y Mick Garris (creador de Masters Of Horror) nos trajeron esta joya que maneja bien la temática de las brujas en Halloween y mejor aún transcurriendo en Salem. Las 3 brujas son muy caricaturescas, con actuaciones exageradas, pero divertidas. Hocus Pocus es sin duda un clásico de culto fantástico para disfrutar en familia en época de Halloween y la calificaré con un 9/10.

Every Halloween, the Sanderson sisters are paraded around the Disney channel and become internet fads for a few weeks. Finally sitting down to check out Hocus Pocus, I can't say I have been missing much. The story is fun, but with many repetitive moments and long, drawn out scenes, it becomes boring and begins to lose some attention. The cast are fun to watch and the lead witches all work very well off of each other. It has a few memorable moments, but just doesn't have the charm of similar films, like Halloweentown. Regardless of its issues, Hocus Pocus finds its place as an iconic Halloween film, with a catchy song to ensure it sticks deep in your mind for the other 11 months.

Love this movie my favorite I am 26 and it is a go to movie for me and my family grab your popcorn and a treat enjoy this movie!!!
