How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World is one of my favorite DreamWorks animated sequels for all time! I watched it 2 times and Toothless, Light Fury Dart, Pouncer and Ruffrunner are my favorite dragons and they're so cute! This movie is so awesome!

Solid ending to one of the best animated trilogies of all time. Best trilogies of all time even. And even then it leaves a sliver of room for more should this world ever take flight again in this form. Couldn't be better if they tried.

Amazing how the dragons act and walk around like cats, fly like birds. How the people are vikings and everything seems just about right. Ans cried again

It is really a great filme, witha a great quality. It is clear that is the end of the trilogy, and in my opinion is a great end for a legendary trilogy. The relationships between people and dragon are well explored.

Just watched the final movie for the first time and I am so pleased. I’m so happy it had a happy ending and they get to live their lives together but separate. Hiccup becoming the chief he is and Toothless becoming the alpha he was meant to be was so touching. I really enjoyed this movie. Seeing them reunite years later when they both had kids was so beautifully done.

A perfect and emotional conclusion to the How to Train Your Dragon films.

Nah I absolutely hate this movie. After everything they‘ve been through, they part ways just because of this random white dragon the viewer has 0 connection to. This sucks

First gripe, why did they call this "How to Train your Dragon Hidden World" and not simply "How to Train your Dragon 3"? The previous one was just "How to Train Your Dragon 2" now the whole thing looks off when it is together as a trilogy. This is a real shame because this is one of the all-time great animated trilogies. It belongs on the pedestal right there with "Toy Story" and "Kung Fu Panda". You never know quite what to expect from Dreamworks. They are both the studio that brought us the masterpiece of "Prince of Egypt" and made the embarrassment that is "Shark Tale". Nothing will quite capture the surprise and awe that was the first "How to Train your Dragon", but the sequels are not a downgrade in quality. Although this is not my favorite of the trilogy, it was the one that made me want to own the trilogy on Blu-Ray. What helps with this franchise is that the characters grow and progress and people. They do not have to spend another movie learning the same lessons that they already learned. The villains are clever, but our heroes make clever decisions too. That being said, the villain does feel like just a rehash of the previous villain of the series. He's not bad, he just isn't all that memorable. I also don't like the ensemble cast of "Dragon" as much as I do in "Toy Story" or "Kung Fu Panda" But it is the connection between Toothless and Hiccup that makes these films work so well. The whole thing gets high recommendations from me. Now Dreamworks, do us all a favor and don't make this into a soulless live action remake. Just leave them dragons alone.
