SLOW and PAINFUL to watch! You will spend most of the movie wanting Rose to be killed to put her and yourself out of your misery. Just another bad movie that makes you beg for everyone to die so it can just be over already. The makers of this movie should have to pay you to watch it! An hour and a half of my life I can’t get back, unfortunately.

Slow, whiney, cry baby but no tears, and wimpy. Very slow movie. Just plan stupid. No one strong. True non smart cluless busted dingy people town

Stupid plot full of cliché, I wish for once someone would write a plot where people would behave normally when they’re being chased by a killer, i.e. not running into the basement or locking themselves in the room instead of running out of the house.

The still shots in this film are way too long. I felt like I was looking at photographs instead of watching a movie. The pace is painfully slow and the characters are unlikable. A little over half way through I started fast forwarding. The end is decent but it's not worth the 75 minutes you have to suffer through to get there.

3/4 of the way in and no real scares. More of a couple drama dealing with PTSD. No real reason to root for the characters and no suspense builds. For the hour and a half of free time I have I'd like to not have to endure a movie under false pretenses and be promised to "wait till the last few minutes for a payoff"....

I love that this movie makes no effort to tie anything up with a half baked package and crooked bow on top, delivered down your throat in a straight detour from any brain matter that might exist, or otherwise be stimulated, and it makes no explanations for it. It just is what it is, and if you're not smart enough to get it or, God forbid, you over think it, then that's too bad. Thank you for that. For giving my intelligence just a little bit of justice anyway. It's so unlike many others in that perspective alone. I'm grateful not to see an explanation on a billboard of why the cell phones don't work. I'm grateful that no one had to go do some research at the library or find some soothsayer in an old house by a creek somewhere to get the history of the haunt or drag a child out of a tree trunk; none of that scares me. Pumpkinhead might be an exception but it doesn't really fall tightly into any of these self-imposed movie constraints I've described anyway. I wasn't always sure where this movie was going which is part of why I really liked it. At first I was kind of confused about who was bad and really what if anything was bad. This is a horror movie that someone's put some thought into and anything that could be real is far scarier to me than the creaky bones of things bending over backwards and climbing on the ceiling stuff could ever hope to be. That stuff doesn't scare me at all. This movie scared me. And with as much as I've seen, when you can do that, you're doing something right. This is great horror. It might just ruin some Halloween fun for you but it might enhance it too...

This was the worst horror movie I've seen in my life and I've seen some cheesy corny horror movies. The title of this movie should be changed to NOTHING.... because this movie was literally about nothing! Go walk your dog, go bird watching even clip your toenails before you waste a second of your time watching this movie

Starts off okay, the director shows a very rare talent for having scenes that would be way too long in 95% of movies hold your attention here. But they just get longer and longer and there ends up being no substance except for a minuscule, telegraphed twist at the end, but it's way too little too late. It's almost completely worthless. It's not zero stars, because it shows some talent across the board, but it is no more than one star. With some kind of motivation by the antagonist, who remains anonymous and a nothing character, hence not scary at all, it could have been so much better. As it is, it's just splatter with almost no substance, form, connection, nothing.
