Aside from the Blake drama during the publicity of the film… I have to say, the movie itself was very good. Great acting and awesome execution of the book. It brings awareness to Domestic Violence and how not every relationship is “love”. I cried a bunch of times which its a win in my book. I would have love to see more of Atlis and Lily but I get it. Definitely a MUST WATCH

I absolutely love Blake Lively and she does a great job here. This movie could have been amazing. Unfortunately they lost me in between the 100 kiss/sex scenes. It's like there were 2 main ideas for a movie and they got stitched together to make one. What started as a really positive movie, soon went downhill into a depressing one. I understand the things that happened in the movie also happen in real life; i know people like these characters, buf it was frustrating to see, because of the potential it had.

Absolutely ok. Nothing to shout home about but if you’re really bored then it’s not completely offensive.

Better than I thought it would be . Lively was good. The story was well told I think .

Waaay too slow. Wanted my 2hrs of life back. This could have been so much more for such an important topic. Poorly executed.

I like how they showed Atlas and Ryle, the performance of Blake as Lily was incredible, and I like how they addapted the book to a movie, obviously there were missings a lot of things to show in the movie but I think that they showed the essential.

This movie is a perfect example of how things DO NOT happen in life. This is the childish melodramatic fantasy of a person who lacks depth; a dumbed down attempt to portray generational trauma. The level of emotional and intellectual shallowness played out by mediocre actors following a badly written script that became predictable after they met on the roof was beyond painful.

It's a film that falls short. Although it has some important scenes and an interesting backdrop, the script is disorganized and fails to capture the viewer. During the 2 hours, I could barely concentrate. Even though it’s an adaptation of a book by Colleen Hoover, which attracts many fans, the film doesn't seem to have won a wide audience. The love story, filled with conflict and drama, promises emotional comfort, but in the end, it fails to engage. I expected more from the film. The lack of a coherent narrative results in characters and settings that don't establish an emotional connection, which is essential for any love story. In the end, sometimes the blame lies with no one; there simply wasn't a need to create it, especially in a genre saturated with dramas and romances that we already have too many of. Without that, the production ends up being just a sequence of images that, no matter how beautiful, leave no mark.

Although it rests on an interesting premise, this film is done short by its inconsistent characters, concerning implications, and confused tone.

This movie was “Lame”. There is no better word to describe it. For a movie that wanted to highlight DV, it barely touched it. Trying to understand what all the hoopla was all about.
