, 91% Audience Score- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsImpactul bio-drama from Poland - the actor who played the debilitated priest, Dawid Ogrodnik, was just outstanding and the story captivating, though at times a bit slow.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI enjoyed every minute of it. It was a moving story about 1 man's faith and courage and despite all the odds he left an impact on so many lives. It also had light and humorous parts. Totally recommend 👌
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt is not very often that I feel moved enough to give a film the full five-star rating but with Johnny I can give it no less. A beautiful film that tells the story of morality, healing, death, and redemption all in one swoop, the directing is gentle enough to give full license to the actors and by the time the film had finished I was moved. The fact that this is based on a true story, a real person, and real events is not made much of prior to the start of the movie and I was shocked to learn that in the end, I had been watching fact with little fiction to get in the way. I am not catholic and this film deals with morals rather than religion but I was left feeling that the world has good priests and the priest portrayed is one of the best. A beautiful film, with a wonderful story, and suitable for any age group. Well done!
