This movie was fantastic. I’m not sure where all of the negative reviews stem from, talking about it being to slow and drawn out. I felt it had a perfect balance of action and emotion. The acting was brilliant from all. The action scenes were well done and not too over the top. Some what cheesy, yes. But most action flicks are. Overall though, this was a great movie and definitely worth a watch.

A movie primarily set in the dark, if you are like me and want to see what is going on then you’re going to miss so much of this film! I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who enjoys the filmmakers intention of authenticity with night time scenes; you essentially can’t see anything which for this movie lets it down drastically as so much action takes place at night!

Butler fits like a glove in the role of an abandoned CIA agent that will partner with whoever it takes to get out. Final scenes where he and his comrades are close to the Kandahar gate make the movie.

Average/generic plot but the acting was excellent and keeps you locked in. The night helicopter scene was pretty intense too. If you watch this movie make sure you watch with a good sound system and a subwoofer.

Triple cheesy, some good action, ok acting, too slow though, could have been 20-30 mins shorter.

Aside from the COMPLETELY ASININE helicopter vs. truck scene, this movie is pretty cool.

If Guantanamo runs out of torture methods they can just run this film for inmates.
