Kraven the Hunter

But put your brain in park, and “Kraven” can be fun.

About as exciting as the board meeting from which it surely sprang.

Kraven the Hunter is a terrible movie, but you almost feel sorry for it.

The film begins with an impressive action sequence that showcases Kraven’s talents, while also sprinkling in some humour. Unfortunately, it’s a rollercoaster of ups and downs after that as the picture yo-yos between solid storytelling and pitiful acting.

Not only is the wafer-thin plot painfully predictable but the secondary characters...are reduced to one-dimensional muppets who add little to the overall narrative.

This movie broke my brain.
